Kayako 99 Well no one else was going to say it....Don't worry Aphous, I try not to get involved with these things....
Well, Ross said he would. Who knows for how long though, as Ross has joined you in the ranks of disappearing former captains.... i only disappeared because i realized that keeping up with the guild, caused my posting at ray=out to decline. i was still a member of this guild, i mean yes i took a leave of absence, but thats only to see how the guild would run without me always putting in my two cents. but i was a constant adviser to both you Kayako and Joxcab, getting many PM's asking questions and giving advise.

I was reading back on page two or three & saw that Kayako voiced her opinion, but I'm guessing it's a little late now.

Hmm, that was an interesting point Tracius made about very few non-crew people actually posting in the vice captain reelection thread. That had never occurred to me.
Honestly, I've always felt that we've had far too many moderators, like most of them are just promoted because they hang around and such. It needs to be a tight-knit group of people who you can really trust to act responsibly, and when you have too many, you don't really get a chance to see how those select people act in certain situations because the few problems that actually come up are handled by whoever was there at the time--hence, their suitability to the job isn't always shown and proven.
As for Jox, I don't know him very well or anything, but--to be honest again--I felt that he promoted people too readily while he was captain. Sure, if they're helping the guild, that's great, but just helping the guild shouldn't earn you a position. In fact, a lot of people will act helpful just to try and set themselves up in a position to be crew and then slack off entirely because they feel like they're too powerful to be challenged. You have to really know the people, like I said.
That also leads to problems considering how, as Tracius said, the OOC thread in the RP forum is the hub of the guild. As tight-knit as that group is, we've sort of become a clique, haven't we? Since we don't let anyone in easily, some of us have probably developed a rather "unaccepting" attitude. razz

I think it rubs off onto us from Kayako, with her being pretty much the earliest members of the 'clique' on. Soren, you're a smart guy, seem to judge people very well by their actions. You think I'd make a good crew member?

Ross Mohan but i was a constant adviser to both you Kayako and Joxcab, getting many PM's asking questions and giving advise. With all the things that I did say in that letter to Aphous this is one glaring oversight that I left out. Ross has definitely been a help and has been there even when no one else was. Ross man, like I said earlier, I value your advise and I know that you have been a huge factor in the E7 guild. There were many times that people didn't want to talk to me. When this happened. It was Ross that they went to. He has always had a knack for remaining calm in in the face of Retards. I myself have even gone to him when I didn't know what to do. It's comforting to know that he is removed from the drama because it gives him a fresh perspective. As for the rest of you. I want to emphasis this: I meant every word of it.

@DeMi: Well, you seem to like to pick on people and be a pain in the butt, so I'm not sure. razz And you also seem to, hmm... like getting into arguments from time to time? xp Otherwise, I occasionally sense a bit of rebelliousness to authority, but maybe it's just you and Kayako's little tiff thing or whatever. I think I'd have to see you post more from now on, though, since I'm assuming you've lightened your stance on bad spelling and such. If you were a little nicer, you'd probably be fine, but I'd have to get to know you better before I could come to a definite conclusion.

If I were to add anything else it would be this- There are to many crew.
When Jox was adding crew it was because the guild had a higher traffic of members and more crew were needed. That is no longer the case.
Soren~ From where you stand, you probably took more from that message than most.
