"Go ahead. I give you permission to ask anything from me." Geoffrey looked for teacups.

"Okay, your funeral..." He crossed his legs couple of times, gathering his thoughts.
"If I were a girl... Would you consider me to be a cute one?" He watched out of the window while asking.

Geoffrey was really happy about the fact they didn't drink anything at the moment, because otherwise he would have choked in his tea. Instead he dropped one of the teacups on the floor and didn't even notice.
"You... a girl? Umm... I um..." Then he took a deep breath. "I would." Then he looked on the floor and saw the broken teacup. "Whoops."

Have to admit, Ari didn't really get startled of the sudden noise of the teacup falling, he had kinda been expecting it. Either that, or the good old 'sptooie', but Geoffrey wasn't drinking anything.
He smiled wryly and hopped down the floor to help collect the pieces. He was very carefull, not to step on any off it, since he didn't have his boots on.

"I'm really sorry." Geoffrey put the pieces to the trash. "Why did you ask?" As I wouldn't have a clue. "Wait a moment: I'll get a brush and a dustpan, so I can clean up the little pieces. I don't want you to hurt your feet. Could you watch the water, please?" He walked out and a second before he walked back in with the cleaning equipment the water started to boil.

Ari watched the water boiling for a few seconds and then took the kettle off the stove. He started pouring it to two currently unharmed teacups.
"Why do you think I asked?"

"I think you asked, because you wanted to know and you wanted to know because you like me." Geoffrey looked at the teacups. Then he startled and took teabags from the cupboard and offered the opened package to Aaren. "Which flavor?" He looked Aaren carefully as if he didn't want to scare either one of them.

Ari laughed. He took an orange flavoured teabag and gave Geoffrey a peck on the jawline.
"Good boy, you didn't even stutter when you said that. Don't worry, I don't get scared very easily. ...and worry, 'cause I'm not really shy either. But yes, I like you." He tilted his head. "Now, all I have to know is, do you have a problem with that?"
OOC: He tilts head head alot... I will forgive, 'cause he is a bird.

"It's kind of embarrasing to say this but... I get this a lot." Geoffrey scratched his right eyebrow and looked a bit troubled. "I mean from girls, but... well I think you understand. And..." I don't even know what I'm going to say! What am I even trying to say? What do I want to say? Does it bother me that Aaren likes me? "Wait a minute. I just have to make sure... Did you ask me because you like me that way or... just because you want to know my general opinion? Like that you wanted to know that if I was anybody, would I think you are cute?"

"Does it really matter?" Ari shrugged. "I mean, you're straight and I am not, you're a guy and I am... Well, kind of a guy. Even if I liked you that way, it wouldn't matter." He tilted his head to the other direction. "Besides, I've only known you for about an half an hour, it's kinda early for me to make hasty decisions."
He smiled and dipped the teabeg to the water.
"What I really wanna know is, how much it matters, that I really am not a girl, when you think about the fact that I'm cute (you said it yourself) and kinda fun to be around, I hope." He giggled. "I'm a kind of a gay-fairy, I walk among mortals to teach them that there is always more than one option!"

Geoffrey laughed. "Okay." Why do I get like this? I'm too nervous about these things. Okay, now I'm going to relax. He closed his eyes for a moment and just breathed. Then he picked a berry-flavored teabag, dipped it in the cup and offered sugar to Aaren.

"Thanks." He took the sugar.
"But think about it... Does it really matter all that much?" He took a sip of his tea and felt the warm feeling spread inside his tummy. Finally... He slowly relaxed his wings, closed his eyes and leaned his head back.
I really am not up for the climate here... Gotta buy me a new jacket, first thing in the monday morning... ...okay, first thing after I get out of the school.

"I don't know. I haven't thought about it ever before." Geoffrey walked to the table and sat on the chair that was nearest to Aaren. "I guess it doesn't affect the everyday life that much, but I couldn't know for sure." He blew air in his teacup and looked pensive.

"Just give it a little thought, every now and then. Keep options open." Ari opened his eyes and looked at Geoffrey, crossing his legs once more.
"I just think that many people never find their true soulmates, because they are afraid to look around freely. Men, women, gays and lesbians. I don't know, maybe my perfect soulmate is open-minded girl out there somewhere." He shrugged. "It'd be really sad if I missed her only because i never gave her a chance." He stared out of the window expressionless for a few minutes.
Then he snapped out of it and turned to Geoffrey once more. "What did you mean by saying that you couldn't know for sure."

"You're propably right. I will." Geoffrey looked at Aaren's profile as he watched out the window. I've never been homophobic, but on the other hand I've never met any gay people before.
He smiled when Aaren turned his head back to him. "Nothing special. Just that I've never dated a guy." Or maybe that I haven't really liked anyone I've dated..?
