Everyone at our school has to participate in our Cross-Country Carnival, and all but a few of my friends are in other age groups, so there's really no one else to talk to except for a couple that are willing to come last (which I'm not...). So I just run and hope for the best.

Oh... that sounds like the Jump Rope for Heart that we used to have to do at my old Elementary school like, five years ago. They made us jump rope all day... *-*

True. I don't think I have coordination in the first place, let alone the hand-eye variety. But at least watching uncoordinated people trying to skip is a little more entertaining that morbidly obese people trying to run.

True, very true. But it isn't so funny when it's you who's trying to skip and you fall on your face, or something. Personally, I happened to trip on a crack in the sidewalk and flew two feet.

Ouch. In like, fifth grade we had to skip every morning before class started, kinda like a brain warm up.
