On the slightly newer side of old school, Recess has to be the most brilliant kids' cartoon I've ever seen. So high-brow it's funny.AND I HAVE TO AGREE!!!! heart

You know they actually made D&D 3.5 stats for all the characters from the Dungeons & Dragons cartoons? They included them in the DVD box set. They're really amusing.
Has anyone here ever seen Captain Simian and the Space Monkeys? It's a great send-up of all things sci-fi. Plus, lots of really good voice talent in the form of Jerry Doyle (Garibaldi from Babylon 5, he's the title character), Michael Dorn (Worf from Star Trek, he's the head bad guy), and David Warner (he does a guest voice), among a host of other really good voice actors. It looks like some kinda kids' show, but it really is geared toward long-time fans of science fiction. All the episodes are up on YouTube, so it's even easy to find. Start with the episode called "Yes, We Have No Bananas" (no, I'm not kidding, that's the pilot episode title). It's absolutely a scream!

Nope, I didn't know that...
I do know who Jerry Doyle is, Babylon 5 is one of my favorite series. 3nodding And I also recognize Michael Dorn, of course. I didn't get to see all the episodes from Star Trek (no matter which one cuz there's like, tons of them) but, I did get to see a few. I have no idea who David Warner is though... confused
Maybe I should look that one up on youtube...

David Warner has been in a million things. He was in Tron and he was the voice of Ras Al Ghul in the 1990s Batman cartoon. He has one of those voices where you recognize him instantly.

Hey Berz, guess what!? I just saw David Warner on Babylon 5! I didn't recognize the name but I did recognize the face and the voice. I know about Ras Al Ghoul and they couldn't have picked a better actor for it. I can't believe I didn't know his name, he-he. sweatdrop
BTW, I've never seen Tron. rolleyes

David Warner also played the Federation Ambassador in Star Trek 5, Chancellor Gorkon on Star Trek 6 and the Cardassian Gul Madred who tortured Captain Picard in a 2 part episode on Star Trek The Next Generation, among other things. He's a really talented actor who I think is underrated.
I grew up on the origninal Transformers, G.I. Joe, Robotech Mighty Orbots, and Ghostbusters (both series). Ahh, the good old days.

I just remembered a show! The Adventures of Grady Greenspace!

PLEASE tell me some of you remember this? I think it might have been shown in the US as well because I think I remember a couple of American voices.
