"Ten years... As I said' She yelped out as she was pulled down next to Eike on the suprisingly warm, and comfy rug. "Now, I never said anything about trainning. None of your heavy duty trainning at least" she laughed, poking him in the shoulder as she put her head back down. "Hmm.. Maybe a small nap will surfice" Bunny yawned again, her head shifting towards his shoulder, as her eyes closed. "No more than..... Half an....... hour" she muttered, lazily drifting off to sleep.

Eike, his arm laying underneath Bunny's head, lifted his forearm around Bunny's shoulders and closed his eyes. The feeling of Bunny in his arm comforted him no end, and he fell asleep within minutes.

[[ ending post as in... No more rp? xD you can delete this post if it is. xD ]]
Bleary green eyes popped open as the birds began to call with the comming of dawn. Shifting on the now rather cold rug, she saw exactly where she was, and who was besides her. How did they end up like that? Sliding off his arm, and standing up- it gave her a moment to gather her thoughts and let Eike groggily awake. The peaks. They had to get over the peaks. The memories of yesterday's events came flooding back into her head, as she pulled the old wooden door open. Same as yesterday. It wasn't a dream. They were surrounded by a small village- the same little wooden cottages all around with animals and horse troughs all around them. Who knows what year they were in, but it did look like something ancient. By the animals and their living conditions, and the bare insides of each cottage, she would've guessed it to be around 1400. Post official 'middle ages'. She remembered the warning the villagers had given them the night before, and the memory wasn't pleasent- but they had to get going if they were going to find out what was really going on.
"Eike?" she called out gently, just incase he was still fast asleep. "We really have to get going. By the looks of this weather, we'll be lucky to make it to the peaks by nightfall... Looks to be a giant storm comming too.. "

[[Of course not, I did that as like the end of a chapter]]
Eike roused himself to the sound of Bunny's voice, "I'm up, I'm up. Just don't burn the toast." He sat up, Looked out the door and shivered for the draught from outside. "Close that door, your wasting the central...." but his voice faded as he looked round, bewildered. "Where are we again?" He asked before smacking his head with his hand, "Oh yeah, parallel world, Ok, I'm up." He stood up and hit his head on a wooden rafter. Ducking down, he writhed in pain, after a few seconds, he looked up at Bunny with pained eyes, "There's a rafter there." He walked over to the window, looking out he saw the mountain peaks in the far distance. "I love this place already. Just look at that view. All you got in Terim was, well, a Mountain with a Castle on top. This has a whole RANGE!" He looked over to Bunny, suddenly holding his stomach. "I need food." He said in a strained voice.

She heard Eike rousing behind her, she didn't turn to look but she heard him as he groaned, waking himself up- shuddering in the cold and growling about modern convieniences. "You wish Eike" she chuckled as she turned back around to him, her arms wrapped around herself in effort to keep the cool wind chill away from her bare skin of her arms. "You love it? And yet you complain about our central heating not working, and no toast ready?" she asked raising a brow. "Honestly... You'd never think or believe you were truly excited" she laughed before moving out of the doorway, waiting for Eike. "Food? Somehow I think we'll have to wait a good while till we get some of that" she groaned, her own stomach growling in hunger as well as she glanced at some of the other farmers who were hoarding in animals, and bread and bags of flour. "Seeing as they loved you so much last night, dear lost traveller meant to save them all... Maybe they'll lend you some food... Mind you, make sure you grab enough for me too. I don't think they took too kindly to me.. Or at least me being near you... "

Eike spun round on his heel, missing the rafters this time, and paced through to the kitchen, seeing an old stove, he smiled warmly at it, "Hello, old friend." He muttered lovingly. Looking up, there were cupboards mounted on the walls, cupboards below, and the rest was simply open space. Eike sighed and shook his head, "I am really going to miss the dishwasher.
Looking back at the stove, his face changed to a ponderous one. "So where do they put the wood." He said, quietly. Looking into the garden, he found his answer: A neat pile of uniform logs sat under a thatch cover. Walking quickly out to them, ducking under the low door frame, Eike looked around. The sight that greeted him made him laugh, "Like Windows." He muttered as he grabbed an armful of logs. Stepping inside, he called to Bunny, "Got some firewood, can you find the matches and search the cupboards for food please?"

Sticking her head back in the door she raised a brow. "Who'd have though.. A cottage like this, with only rags and hay for beds and yet they have cupboards of sorts and food?" she asked yawning. "Is it just me, or in one night, did we skip a couple of centuries?" she asked scartching her head as she moved towards them, pulling out various items of food from each rickety cupboard. "Flour... Eggs... Milk... Sugar... Heck, we've even got what we need to make flipping pancakes" Bunny wondered aloud as she slammed the items onto the counter top. "Old stove or not, that should be good enough.. Mind you Eike, we don't have that much time. I suggest hurrying up with that food of yours so we can start off. It will take us a while on foot you realise.. It's not a few kilometres away.. It's AGES away.. Hours away.. at least. No flipping RX7's out here."

Eike lifted his feet off the floor. "I wasn't planning on walking." He said confidently. "And I can't make pancakes anyway, so I'll just have to set it all up and leave it to you, if thats ok." He let himself back to the floor and turned round, "No RX7's, but we have you and me. That should be enough.

"You weren't planning on walking?" she asked arching a brow as she frowned at him. "well smart a**, what do you suggest we do to get us there to the freaking peaks then?" she asked as she quickly got to work on the breakfast. She could make pancakes, if nothing else...That was one thing she was good at. "Trust you not to be able to cook.. Why can't men ever learn such a simple thing... It's really not that hard you know" she grumbled as hse let the small, old oven warm up and got to work.

Eike Lifted himself up to the ceiling and lay upside down in between the rafters above Bunny's head, "I don't know why I never learnt to cook, I just, guessed I'd be living on Mcdonalds and KFC's and the like." He said, putting his hands behind his head. "You know, it's really warm up here."

"You freak" She muttered, glancing upwards at Eike. "If all you've ever eaten is take away, like Mcdonalds, KFC and Oporto and all that crap, no wonder you look like that" she teased. "Bit pudgy around the edges you know" she said, as matter-of-factly as she could, without laughing. Of course, Eike wasn't pudgy at all, he was quite fit looking- but teasing never harmed anyone. "Your liver and kidneys will suffer from it too.. Unless you can magically transplant new ones into your self once they pack it in because you've totally fattened your liver and organs out" she muttered finishing up the cooking as she set it on the table, sending the dishes to the small, rusty old sink, if you could even call it that. "It's ready, and no... I'm not handing it to you up there. You can come down here and fatten yourself up.. At least that way you might get just a tad of exercise" she teased, poking her tongue out at him once more as she got busy with finding other things to pack for later. She wasn't going to eat... All this, all the news, the happenigns of the last day- had totally rid her of any appetite.

Eike laughed, "As though your not." He lowered himself to the floor, however, and took the cooked pancake from the pan, rolling it up, he took a quick bit out of it before lowering it and sighing gratefully. "Thanks, haven't had a good one of these for years." He smiled, before polishing off the snack. "Right," he started, but he looked down at Bunny, who by this time was washing the pan up, "Your not going to eat?" he asked, inquisitively.

"Freak? Me? Never" she winked before sitting down at the table, all 'dishes' done as such as she waited for Eike to finish his breakfast. "I'll take that as a compliment. You like my cooking... Not very many people say that. Especially when it comes to my pasta.. I cook it so much it turns to glue... Apparantly" she shrugged. "Eat? Eat at a time like this? Me? Hell no.. I'll feel sick and nautious the whole way up to those towers up there if I do... Whenever i'm anxious or nervous... Food's always a bad, bad way to go.. Trust me. You don't want to see it" she chuckled as she hopped up, Eike having finished by now. "Ready? 'Cause I don't know if I can sit here any longer watching you eat.."

Eike shook his head. "Not eating is bad, you loose concentration quickly and..." he stopped as he shoved the last bit of the pancake in his mouth. "if you looshe conshentrashion," he continued with a remainder still in his mouth before swallowing it with a gulp. "then you mess up, which is bad for everyone." Eike jumped out of his chair towards the front door, looking out, he saw a vast landscape dominated by green and behind that a mountain range which they had to cross to find the rest of the humans, maybe the rest of the small gaggle that entered the castle..... however long ago it was. Eike stared into the middle distance, not sure of what lay ahead of any of them.

"Bah humbug" Bunny mocked as she closed the wooden door behind them. "I never eat food in the morning... A cup of tea maybe... and that's it. I never seem to lack that much concerntration do I? See... Not all people are like that" she added as she headed out, back onto the old dirt parth they'd come across last night and glanced at the castle. "We'll make that easily by the mid afternoon I'd say. Doesn't look too far... As long as there's a straightish.... path towards it, we should be right... Too bad we've got nothing to pack water in. That would've been helpful" Bunny shrugged, well ahead of Eike by this stage. "Come on slow poke.. Obviously that so called 'energy' food didn't do much for you... Slow as a wet wig".
