"I seriously doubt that." Tanni told him. She ducked under a soldiers blade, then tripped him. She stabbed his back as he fell.

Jeric ran toward a tree, and jumped, and pushed off it. He stabbed a soldier, and jumped off.

"See?" Tanni said, dodging a soldier's sword. As she moved to the side, she slashed at his arm.

Jeric gets cut in the shoulder, and in response, kicks the guy were it hurts. He kicked with his other leg, and the soldier fell on his ally. They both fall to the ground, and Jeric stabs them both in the neck. He is too tired to say anything.

Tanni slashed her blade at a man. He grabbed the blade, grinning wickedly. Then he swang his own weapon at Tanni. Tanni's eyes glowed green, and a glowing green shield blocked his weapon.

Jeric looks stunned, and another guard almost decapitates him. He quickly gets up, and tackles the guard.

Tanni frowned, and the shield morphed into the shape of an arrowhead. hen, she drove it into the man's stomach. He let go of her sword, and she sliced his neck. "You aren't going to ask?" Tanni said to Jeric.

"Too... Tired..." Jeric gasps. He looks around, and sees that all the guards are dead, and collapses.

Tanni let her aura slowly ebb away. She saw Jeric fall, and ran over to him. "Hey, you all right?" She asked.

Tanni sighed, relieved, and sat down next to him. " You mean battle?" She asked him.

"They've killed many people, without even caring." Tanni said. "they would have killed many more, if we hadn't done that. You saw that last man I killed?" She picked up a weapon off the ground and showed it to jeric. "These notches on the blade are a count of the number of people he's killed."
