"I was, I left before they started experimenting on the humans, and I was only an intern remember, so I didn't know much" he said to her. "I don't know why they took me, but why are you still here, I thought you didn't like the idea that they were experimenting on humans either." he said to her, noticing that she hadn't immediately yelled at the kid, so he didn't think she was too happy with what was going on.

Cherish hugged andrew then walked up to the girl "here i am" she said and acted more calm then she really was. Sighing she looked back and andrew with a smile to re assure him she would be ok [[sry bout the delay... i had a family thing i had to deal with]]

andrew watched in silence as he made a reaching motion with his hand that was just for show. all he did after was sit at the edge of the cage huddled into a ball staring at the door, waiting for her to come back.

Cherish returned a few hours later. She was partially bloody and looked a little bruised. Truth was the cocky guard from earlier used the expirament as an excuse to beat her. Suposidly he was trying to see how much pain she could take. that was bullshit. Her lip was cut and her cheek bone was Completely bruised. She growled at the guard who put her back in the cage and left.

the door clanked as the cell door squeeked open showing the guard standing behind cherish. without any thought he pushed her back in and shut the door. andrew leaped up and ran to her. "cherish are you ok? what horrific experiments did they do to you?" it was his only shirt but he ripped his sleeve and used it to wipe the blood away.

Cherish smiled at him then ran her fingers through his hair. his kindness warmed her like none other. She was really beoming attached to this kid. like a brother.. or a son. SHe pushed his hair out of his face then spoke " i dont know.. i was asleep for most of it. but one things for sure that guard wanted me awake after our incounter earlier today... but im ok sweety dont worry about me" she said in a motherly fashion and kissed his forehead.

That guard just made him so mad. how dare he hurt her. he wanted to set him ablaze right then and there and almost did. flames sprouted everywhere before the horrible shock went through his body and cherish's loving fingers brushed his cheek. he didnt care about that now, he was just glad she was back. without a second thought, andrew gave her a hug whispering into her ear, "thank you for being there."

"yeah, that guy tends to hold a grudge," nick said. "so sleeping that's it. doesn't sound to difficult I suppose. anything else I should know about."he asked her, he didn't like this at all, so he was kind of on edge of how it really went, and if she was just lying to make the kid feel better. he really had no idea what was going on and kiva didn't know either. even as an intern he learned everything about what they were doing, and when they told them they'd be working on humans and not give them a reason, he thought the whole thing to be sick and didn't even want to know why they were doing it.
(sorry about getting off like that without warning, my sister unplugged the internet without telling me, saying I needed sleep. it's ok I fixed it so she wouldn't do it too often anymore hopefully.)

(i wont be on much till this afternoon i have a job interview in a few. so sry)
kiva came back into the room to check on cherish. her excus was that she wanted to make sure there wasnt any side effects from the testing, but she really wanted to make sure she was ok from the guards beating. she carried with her a bag of medical supplies that would get her suspended for a week (taken off the job) if she was caught.

Cherish hugged Andrew then told him to get some sleep as she went over to nick "they dont put you to sleep" she said and wrapped her arms around herself "well.. they do.. kind of.. your body becomes paralized and you cant move a muscle. you cant open your eyes and you cant open your mouth to scream. Your body becomes imobile but you can feel very single thing they are doing to you... " She did a good job of keeping her voice from trembling. She was still scare about everything they did to her. she still wasnt even sure of everything that happened.
She stopped talking as she seen the scientist from earlier come in. 'oh great what the hell does she want now' she thought to herself and instantly put herself between the girl and andrew.
