Yeah but since I had lvled my Isacc party in GS1 to lvl 99 and transfered it to GS2 and reached the part where they met up again everything turned so much more easier, Dullahan took me 1 go, 15 mins no strategy just the usual rain of summons and then hack - slash then use djinn - summon rain - hack - slash, etc. blaugh Same with every other boss blaugh

Summon Rain, or summon rushing a some call it, isn't a very good way to win.
Anyhow, I think Death Beard's the hardest since all the other bosses were easy. Death Beard's the only one that can down any of my characters.

In the first game, Dead Beard is supposed to be even harder than Saturos and Menardi. (So says a guide my sis has) But I found that some of the little door guards on the way down to him were the hardest little buggers in the world! (Can you tell I hate them all?!?!?!) After I passed them, Dead Beard was simple. And I agree on the summon rain thing, it's not always the best. Sometimes it's even better to rearange the Djinni, not really to change class, but to get them to return quicker so that you can summon a weakness quickly. Yeah, but Dead Beard is supposed to be the hardest. Supposably, if you can beat him, you can beat Saturos and Menardi.

I dunno about the first, it's been literally forever since I've played it. In TLA, the first REALLY hard boss was Poseidon with his watery grave and water fist attacks. The toughest was definitely Star Magician, damn his flippin' guard ball! I didn't understand how to beat him at first, I just kept attacking him with psynergy and summons and unleashes until my entire party went down! I had to try like 20 or so times to finally beat the b*****d! (ok, MAYBE I'm exaggerating. But it was in that area!)
I agree Star Magician was a pain in the rear at first, but them I figured it out like on the 3rd try and pwned him so bad!

I definetly agree with that I died three or four times in those damn doorways it really made me mad.

Same here, but I tried to beat all the bosses except Dullhan & Doom Dragon with Felix's party(Star Magician was a pain so I got angry and toasted him with Isaac's party twisted ).

Lol you still use summon raines at lv 99? At lv 99 your party is: Isaac, garet, Felix and Piers, just use their strongest 1 opponent attacks and any boss is gone in no time.

It's sadly true =_= Djinn also become useless for attacking unless, you're like me and use them to get a 3000 extra exp per kill on wonder birds... helps out when you can get it setup right and get 60-80k experience in a single battle...

And whoever said Summon Rushing on dullahan isn't a good way to win, I am gonna disagree... as soon as he uses that attack that sets all djinn to recovery mode, you're toast.

Star Magician is the hardest boss out of all the games, my opinion.

What did all of you think the hardest boss (excluding final one,) was in GS1? I thought that DeadBeard was.
deadbeard was the most powerfull, but other than that the others were easy picking

i say deadbeard was the longest boss in the game. but by the time that i figured out how to get there, i was at level 70 or something, so he was easy.

hai deadbeard was the hardest one in GS1 but he was easy to beat, using flash every other turn and just attacking and summoning helps, especially after awhile when you do a lot of damage its earth time for the extra exp!
