Sorry it took so long for a reply, due to the inactivity, I've less frequented my check-ups on the guild. Especially during the Christmas season. The only thing I can think of is to add something new, big and exciting to the guild then remind members that even though HP has ended, we're still going. Although I don't know what that new big and exciting thing is.

I thought "Manga", but we're don't have a story, so that wouldn't get far...
I thought "Art", but that's not something other guilds don't offer.
I mean...what else is there to give in Gaia?

Haha, how poetic. Well, I think we should either figure out a way to get this guild active again, or just recycle it (turn it into some new guild). What do you think?
