Shadow popped up next to Kirit and Arwing. " Oh brother, you're back! " Shadow said and smiled cheerfully. He looked at Arwing. " So Arwing can I join the light house yet?" Shadow asked Arwing with a desperate face.

*she nodded slowly, some what supicious of kirits story, but had no proof or reason to find his story false. Her gaze turned slowly to shadow raccoon with a shrug.* I am not in the place to tell you no, so if you wish, yes, you may stay here as a member.

Arven found a small lake of water, a waterfall feeding it and a small stream taking it away. She sighed and sat near the edge of the water, staring into it and her reflection. She frowned and looked away. "No matter what he says or what you tell yourself, you still betrayed him," a voice in the back of her mind said. She looked back at her reflection. She frowned in anger at it and splashed it away. She lied down and placed her head on her paws. A couple of hot tears fell down her cheeks. She shook them away and stared at the grass, thoughts of her betraying Kirit clouding her mind.

Shadow jumped up and down and smiled. " Thank you Sister, Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! This means alot to me!" Shadow said in glee. He jumped up and down and continued to thank Arwing for letting him join the Light House. He got bored and started to yawn. " Soo..Aww..What do we do now?" Shadow asked Arwing.

"I'll just watch.. I might help, But I feel tired." Kirit said, yawning. After he spoke, Kirit trotted over to a small patch of moss, and laid down on it, never letting his eyes leave Arwing and Arven.

Arven lay beside the lake for who knows how long. She could have been there for eternity and not noticed. She just lay there, staring at the sunlight reflecting on the crystal clear waters, thoughts of regret and guilt running through her mind. The water cascading down the fall sung a tune that one might call merry. But to Arven, it was not a happy tune. It reminded her of tears. Tears and rain. And that didn't help her mood , no, not at all. For a moment, she thought that it would be easier on both of them if she just went away, far away, and never came back, but she shook it away. She knew probably waste away and die. But still. It was still fact, that knowing how he felt, she had gone straight to the house he hated most, and the rival house to his. She sighed and shifted her head on her paws. He had said that it was okay, but if it really was, she woudn't be hurting this much. Maybe it was all in her head. Maybe not. She began to get a headache from thinking about it. She sniffed and buried her face in her paws, hoping that both the headache and guilt would just go away.

Warching Arven next to the lake, sleep and tears almost overcoming him, He thought ~Why? Why is she so sad? She may have joined the light house, true, that I do not respect, but itr is her decision! Hers copmpletely! I may dislike her choice, but I'm not angry at her.. No..~ Kirit closed his eyes, falling asleep, hoping that when he woke up, everything would be okay.

Arven closed her eyes and mumbled, "Nothing's wrong. I just need to think. Alone, if you don't mind." She dug deep into her soul and found the "voice". Because this was all in her mind, it was nothing but a golden mist, but when it "spoke" the voice echoed slightly. "Have you decided to listen then?" it asked, floating back and forth like a fish with long flowing tail and fins. Arven frowned and looked defiantly at the mist. "No. This is stupid. I know that the choice I made would have been against his wishes, but it was MY choice to make and I cannot change the past. Besides, I know that he loves me too much to really care about trivial things like houses. All that matters is that I'm with HIM. I don't truly belong to a house. I only belong to him," Arven retorted and the mist flickered as if it smiled. "Very good young one. You're learning. You'll need to learn," the voice replied. Arven drifted into a dreamless sleep. But, more importantly, when she slept, she smiled.

Shadow looked at Arven with a shocked face. He stood for a while, just staring at Arven. after a few minutes he walked away. He now wanted to look for Arwing. But he stopped and didn't move after searching for Arwing after a while. He thought about himself, and why he had come to the light house. He joined for more reasons then the fact that he didn't fit in the Darkness House, or the Earth House.

Arven awoke with a yawn and a stretch. Blinking, she looked around, as if she wasn't completely aware of her surroundings just yet. When the realization came to her, she smiled and padded to the bank of the lake. she lapped up a little water and then looked around again. When she saw Kirit, Arven smiled a little and softly, quietly padded over to him. She rubbed her head against his and then lay down beside him, not too close to look suspicious, but close enough for her to be happy. Her eyes slowly closed and she drifted back into her peaceful sleep.

*Arwing, who now sat alone, padded away from the clearing. Her long phoenix tail trailing behind her like a wedding gown. Her eyes turned upwards towards the stars, twinkling slowly above her. This house was her home as a child and her enemy untill the collapse of the houses the first time..And now, she had returned here to be the head. She didnt like this...she didnt like being around all these hybrids, making desisions. She really didnt like the fact that now she was a target, a someone in kobbehs eyes, and being someone in the eyes of evil is never a good thing. She sat as she came to the river that ran across the edge of the light house territory through the earth house and stopped at a eerie, bog at the foot of the mountains of the dark house. The trees blocked the mountains from view, leaving only the dark pillar like truncks, shimmering emerald leaves and the dark velvet sky for her to veiw. She continued to think, watching a few stars fall from their places and disappearing in the black sea of the night.*

Shadow saw Arwing pass by, he followed her. Once she stopped, he tried to avoid any twigs, old brown leaves, and every thing else that snaps. He saw the river. He learned how to swimmed recently, it should've been instinct, but he forgot somehow. He looked at Arwing, and then looked to see what she was looking at. He didn't talk, he talk no-one liked him at the moment.
"Come here!" A voice said inside Shadow. " Come where? " Shadow asked. " Come here, I'm not that far away." Shadow smiled. " OKay, I'll be there." Shadow began to run away, as he passed by Arven with extreame speed he said, " Gotta go, See ya!" And he ran away.

Arven's eyes slowly fluttered open and she blinked. She sat up and looked down to Kirit with a smile. She looked to the sky; it had grown dark and the stars peeked through the leaves. She felt a small breeze from the south and closed her eyes as in ran over her fur. "The wind currents have changed since yesterday," she said to herself. She idly scratched behind one ear and looked back to the stars. She always enjoyed star-gazing.
