"Um, sure," Zar responded, though he was distracted by his thoughts. How are we going to get down? He looked to the floor, it was a long way down but he could see specks of beings. There was the bear, the dragon, and the young woman who was running to safety. He knew something crazy was about to happen. A fight probably... He felt everyone was tense and without thinking, he grabbed Ivy around the waist and jumped down from the cloud. His left palm faced the ground and a gray force spurted from it, allowing their fall to be deflected.

"Then so be it." Bael said with a sad voice before he turned into a dragon again. He stood his ground and waited as the bearlike figure came closer. He let out a loud roar in what he thought of as a futile attempt to make the opponent change his mind, before he flew up a few feet into the air. He didn't like the thought of attacking, knowing that he could damage the surrounding trees even more with his fiery breath, but that was a price he was ready to pay if it came down to it. There wasn't really enough space to effectivly fly, so he waited for the other one to reach him, hoping that the advantage of beeing airborne was enough.

Odik roared even more fierce than the ones before. His foe taking new form barely fazed him. All that mattered is that someone pay for the wrongs did to the forest. With every grunt, more energy pured from the trees, and every bit empowered him.
A few feet away from his scaly oppenent, Odik lunged, his giant arms thrust forward aimed to sink his inch long calws into scaled flesh, a furious green cloud in his wake. His blidning eyes stared into that of his oppenent for a moment , not as a tactical move, but because his fury had taken full control of him and now he could barely control himself.
In an uncontrollable fit, he let out another booming roar and even more green motes poured from his mouth, adding to his now all consuming cloud that covered the entire clearing. To enraged to speak another threat, all Odik was capapble of were wordless roars to unhearing ears.

Zar landed by the tree and Pen. He dropped off Ivy, "Stay here, and call if you need me." And with that, he went to see if Bael needed any sort of help. He slowly jogged to the dragon's side. He tried to conjure a white cloud of protection. But he couldnt, his powers were not advanced enough. He noticed the bear creature was truly enraged. He shot a hail of black bullets at the creature to try and slow him down.

Pen watched Zar run onto the battlefield. She turned and put a hand on Ivy's shoulder. "Are you alright?" She asked, concerned.

Bael glanced sideways as the elf stepped up next to him. At first he didn't react, but when Zar fired the black bullets, he couldn't help himself. He moved in the way of the magic and spread his wings to take the hit instead of the bearlike creature. At the same time, the bear dug his claws into his skin. Even if the skin of a dragon was thick and could resist much, he wasn't invincible. The wounds were barely flesh wounds, but he doubted it was really such a good idea to try to act as a wall in the middle of a fight. The move had however already been made.

Ivy hadn't yet responded to her question when Pen's attention was drawn back to the fight. Bael was...defending the bear from Zar? She wished she knew what was happening out there. She winced when Zar's bullets hit Bael and said a quick prayer for his safety.

Zar was shocked. Why had Bael done such a thing? The bear was about to kill him. Zar quickly regreted his dark magic. He watched as he was hit twice on his front and back. He didnt know what to do. Was this bear a friend? Or must we kill him...why was he defending the enemy? He decided not to care. He had seen that it was about to kill Ivy, and knew that this beast was the enemy. He squeezed through the spot between Bael and the bear. "Halt!" He said to the bear as he held his hands together in front of his face. "What is your point here?"

((sorry, left for the weekend sweatdrop ))
Ivys eyes snapped open. The pain was still flowing through her body but it seemed to dull as she shifted a little bit. All she could remember was Zar telling her if she needed help to call him and then...nothing. She held out her hand and it glowed a very faint blu, her powers were slowly coming back but she knew she wouldn't be able to fight anymore. "Pen," She rasped, her voice surprising even her, "What the hell is going on?"

Pen jumped, not expecting the strange rasp in Ivy's voice. "Bael and Zar are out there with that creepy bear creature. Zar tried to attack it, but Bael blocked the attack. Now...I think Zar's trying to talk to it..." She gazed at the battle, trying to ignore the strange green lights all around.

Rose walked slowly around the trees, and over the mossy rocks. She could've sworn she had heard shouting. Whatever she heard was hopefully not a threat, but she held her bow loosly in her right hand, just in case. Her foot tripped on a perticularly mossy stone, and she stumbled, scaring away a nearby deer. "Great..." Rose thought, straightening up, "...with all this noise I'm making, what ever made that noise will probably find me before I ever see them." At this thought, her hand closed tightly around her bow, and she brought it up a little high. "Wish I could use this thing..." she thought, pushing her way past a branch. A few leaved fell, and Rose brushed one out of her eyes sight. She had seen something. They were several beings standing in the next clearing! "Wait..." thought Rose. "That clearing was made from a fire..." she stopped walking and stared at the blackened trees, and smelled the burnt pine and oak. Ducking behind a tree, she stared at the people, raising her bow. What were they doing? Talking? or arguing? She crouched down behind a bush to watch.

Pen looked around. She could've sworn she'd heard something in the brush. 'There!' She thought. A swish of white behind a berry bush. "I'll be right back," Pen muttered to Ivy and crept along the forest line, moving from tree to fallen tree until she reached the spot. A girl was there, crouched, watching Bael and Zar and the bear. A bow was in her hand, loose, but aimed into the clearing. Pen called softly, not wanting to distract Bael or Zar. "Hey, don't shoot!"

((Didn''t expect me weekend to be so...Busy...))
If Odik still had a sense of consiousness((sp?)), he would have stopped in his tracks at his foe''s act of kidness. Bus as an enraged killing machine he merely saw this as an oppurtunity for blood shed.
He retracted both and plunged them again, drawinga single drop of blood and began to mercilessly swing away at the scaled skin, his giant muscular arms increasing in size by the second as even more of the green motes emrged with his arms.
With every swipe, he roared. With every roar, more motes appeared. He must have drawn energy from half the forest. Amidst these deafening screams, not a words entered his ears, but the motes did, increasing his ability to fight. He would get to the elf-man in a moment, just after he tore through the corpse of this dragon.

((im in front of Bael but whatever))
He watched as the bears arms grew larger every second, and didnt know what to do as the beast was trying to get to Bael. He was out of control...he wasnt listening... It kept growling and snarling, it was almost too loud to think straight. He snapped out of the initial shock and decided to use a spell of the dark arts, a fainting spell for the enemy. He tried to do it quickly. He closed his eyes and mumbled a few word. When he opened his eyes he looked up at the monstrocity before him...
