Breakfast: Bowl of cereal, same as the past couple days.
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Seseme chicken, rice, and an eggroll.
Drink: 25oz water.
Dinner: Chicken with rice.
Snack: 3 pretzels, small butterfinger bar.
Drink: Probably a hot cup of tea with honey to end one long day and into another...

Estimated Calories: 1355

Gah, today was so LONG. It was my 14 hour shift at work.

Breakfast: Cereal with milk.
Drink: Cup of coffee.
Drink: 40oz water.
Lunch: Nothing. sweatdrop
Dinner: Some pizza, an a salad with a tiny bit of chicken.
Drink: 20oz water.

Breakfast: Bowl of Ramen (oriental flavor)
Drink: 1 cup chocolate milk and cup of coffee.
Drink: 40oz water and small pomagranite frap.
Lunch: Too busy at work. Nothing.
Dinner: Seseme chicken, rice, eggroll and tea.
Drink: 20oz water.

Estimated Calories: 1250

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Don't remember, but I remember the calorie total. lol
Drink: 20oz water.
Lunch: Brat from outdoor stand. 1/2 bag (of trial size bag) of chips.
Drink: Berry Gatorade and 20oz water.
Snack: Some skittles, piece of wheat bread with bologna. Calcium chew.
Dinner: 1/2 a frozen pizza and some tator tots.
Exercise: Walk to work. Ran back when I forgot keys then walked back again. Worked and repotted a plant, shopped, then walked back.

Estimated Calories: 1220 - 200 exercise = 1020

Breakfast: Bowl of Special K in 1% milk.
Drink: Sweetened coffee and 20oz water.
Lunch: Bologna sandwhich on wheat bread with one slice of cheese.
Drink: 40oz water.
Snack: Trial size bag of skittles and some chocolate.
Dinner: Stew
Drink: 20oz water.
Exercise: Cleaning out my closet and sorting through junk to throw away.
Estimated Calories: 1100 - 100 exercise = 1000

Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Chili and a grilled cheese sandwich
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Couple bites of chocolate and some skittles.
Dinner: 2 servings of spaghetti with meat in tomato sauce.
Exercise:
35 minutes on elliptical resistance 5
30 minutes uphill treadmill on 3.0 speed and incline from 5-15.
Drink: 40oz water.

Estimated Calories: 1225 - 600 exercise = 625

Lunch: 12" veggie sub on wheat.
Drink: 15 oz lemonade.
Snack: Small box of raisins.
Drink: 20oz water
Dinner: Pizza and a small salad. sweatdrop
Drink: Couple sips of punch and 20oz water.

I've been slacking, sorry!

Yesterday, I don't want to write it down. I know the calorie count though: 1274

Today:

Breakfast: 1/2 tortilla with eggs and cheese.
Drink: 1 cup coffee.
Lunch: (Like at 6) Chicken South Beach Diet kit.
Drink: Small Nurishe smoothie.
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: 1.5 cups lasagna hamburger helper.
Drink: Coffee or tea, haven't decided.

Lunch: 1/2 slice of organic pizza, four bites of reheated steak.
Drink: 15oz Lipton Green Tea.
Dinner: 1 cup spaghetti.

Drink: Like 3 cups of coffee.
Lunch: 1/2 a quesadilla.
Drink: 40oz water.
Dinner: Hamburger helper lasagna.
Exercise: 35 minutes in elliptical going up in resistance every minute then decline every minute.

Estimated calories: 1100 - 350 exercise = 750

Drink: Cup of sweetened coffee.
Lunch: McDonalds:
Double Cheeseburger
Medium Fries
Half a parfait
Icecream cone.
Drink: Some water.

Exercise:
Walk around a prison.
35 minutes on Elliptical (pending)

Yesterday:

Breakfast: Two toasted white bread slices with 2 slices cheese.
Drink: Sweetened coffee.
Lunch: Nothing. At work.
Drink: 24 oz water.
Dinner: Card size piece of fried chicken, two tablespoons coleslow, two tablespoons potato salad, and couple bites from a friend's pizza.
Drink: 24oz water.

Exercise: Running up and down stairs at work, pushing 100 lbs card around. Lifting boxes.

Estimated Calories: 975 - 200 exercise = 675

Today:

Breakfast: Same as yesterday.
Drink: Sweetened coffee.
Stuff: 1400

Estimated Calories: 1450

Haven't been active the past few days, sorry!

Friday: 1233 calories.
Saturday: 2133 calories.
Sunday: 1876 calories.


Today:

Breakfast: Three strawberries, grilled cheese sandwich.
Drink: 20oz water.
Snack: Small bag of sunchips.
Dinner: Seseme Chicken, rice, and eggroll.

Estimated Calories: 1340
