'new' and 'get' some of Kite's favourite things people could say. He wagged his tail and jumped up on to her lap giving her a hug. Maybe she didn't hate his present that much after all.

She smiled and stood up holding him on her hip "Alright lets go" she carried him back inside and up stairs into the bathroom

Kite looked about as the lady carried him around, looking at this and looking at that. He reached his hands out a couple times to grab something they passed but alas... he couldn't quite grab them as the lady kept on walking.

Aelita smiled and closed the door behind them locking the door before starting to fill the tub with water. "Goodness you really made a mess of yourself"

Far more interested in this new place Kite wiggled free of her arms and looked about, poked this, pulled on that. There even was a bit of something that smelled really good so he sunk his teeth into it... and regretted quite quickly. "Nua!~" he spat it out, it tasted horrible! The flavour of it stuck in his mouth so he grabbed some of his shirt and dragged his tongue across it to try to get it off. How could something that smelled so good taste so bad!? He thought to himself as he batted at the offendingly flavoured bar of soap.

Aelita giggled and picked up the soap placing it back on the side of the tub. "Come here Kite. Time for your bath"

Kite came over and really started to notice the full tub. "Water kyuu?" He asked as he stuck his hand in then ended up leaning over and lapping at it. This was one really big water dish.

-Pillow Talk- Kite came over and really started to notice the full tub. "Water kyuu?" He asked as he stuck his hand in then ended up leaning over and lapping at it. This was one really big water dish. She giggled again "Its not a water dish. Its a bath tub" she said undoing his shirt "Youre going to get cleaned up"

Kite looked up at her a little confused as he held his arms up to help get the shirt off. He was hearing that new word a few times now. "...Ba-tsu?" He tried the word wondering why a big dish of water wasn't a water dish...

She smiled "Try again. Bath" she repeated helping him get his pants off before picking him up, quickly setting him in the nice warm water.

Kite flailed around for a moment but it was too late...his pride and joy, his tail, was now all sopping wet... the dense thick poofy fur was no match for the tub and was trumped by the water. He gurbled annoyedly in the water that came up to his mouth at how thin it looked now... rain did the exact same thing. He looked at the lady with his ears flattened back with a 'what gives' expression plastered all over his face. Even though being in this dish that wasn't a dish did feel rather nice and warm trying to wag one's tail through water just felt darn weird.

Aelita smiled scratching Kite's ears before she got a wash cloth putting some soap on it. She started to clean him ently rubbing all the dirt and grime off of him

well... after getting used to it it wasn't all that bad. He was getting all sorts of pats and scratches that despite the weirdness of being in water his tail took up wagging again beneath the surface. he started to sing a little song of sorts with kyuus some nyoous and the occasional 'batsu'. It had no rhythm nor sense of tone but he didn't seem to care.

"~Kyuu-kyuu-kyuu-naka-uu water batsu~" he sang as he tried to catch soap bubbles as they floated on the surface of the water, trying to quickly snatch at them then to squish them, water splashing this way and that.
