Shinku continued petting Kuro with one hand. "Nope... I don't really care... Some things are more appealing without life's burden amongst them..." He said simply, his free hand moving discretely to his side to draw one of his revolvers. He aimed it behind his back, directly at the new person in the graveyard. "I accept you too Cousin Akane... Now whoever's out there can come on out! I have a high powered revolver aimed straight at you and will not hesitate to fire if you do not come out with your hands up!" He called out after being so calm and quiet. He hated intruders and usually shot before identifying, but he was making an exception since the aura felt different from any Constellation Alliance member.

Akane smiled very faintly, glad he didn't seem at all bothered by Kuro. That was definitely a plus. Finding out Kuro was dead was usually the final straw that sent people fleeing from her. She traced her fingers along the kitten's cold back, watching as he arched it in response. But then Shinku shifted what he was talking about, rather abruptly, and she lifted her head to stare in the direction he was looking. She blinked, ears perking the slightest bit, and then frowned. "Familiar..." she murmured to herself, then spoke a little bit louder. "It's Nerus, isn't it?" She glanced towards Shinku, speaking reassuringly. "There's no need," she said. "Even when I earlier asked him to, he wouldn't hurt me." It was then she realized that her arm was still bleeding where she'd made Kuro scratch her. She stared for a second, then placed her other hand over the spot, pausing for a second. When she removed it, the wounds were gone without a trace.

Nerus tensed slightly when he was addressed by the person Akane was conversing with, but it passed quickly. He knew there would be no point in the person shotting him, as he was a ghost and it would pass right through him anyways. It was slightly reassuring to hear Akane say that he would not be harming them, and of course that was true. Frankly he figured he wouldn't be able to harm them even if he did want to. He approached them at a medium pace. He stopped a few feet away from them.
"Sorry for the intrusion," he said with a hint of honesty, "I followed you here after you were so forcefully dragged off by that man," he said, indicating Mori. He didn't say anythign more, waiting to see if they thought he was intruding and wanted him to leave. He didn't care too much one way or the other, but he had been talking with Akane right up unti lshe was dragged off.

Shinku spun the revolver on his small index finger and sighed. "Alright then, Nerus as your name is, feel free to talk or whatever..." He said simply, sensing something off about the guy. The aura was strange, as if it was there, yet it wasn't. A bit like Akane's and Kuro's, but it was fainter. "Please excuse me but... This is a test..." He said and reached out to touch the guy, feeling a cold chill through his hand as it passed through. "As I thought..." He murmured to himself.
After hearing Nerus explain how forefully Akane was dragged off, Shinku immediately turned the revolver on the man and held it aimed to his head. "Yeah, I've been wondering just who this is..." He said in that unnaturally cold yet high toned voice of his.
((Sorry it took so long! I had a bad writer's block for Shinku!))

"Excuse me, but I don't believe I need to tolerate such rudeness from the likes of these two men, Akane." He said, his voice as calm and unemotionless as it had been before, he had only just started to share emotions with Akane the past few times they met up, and that was the first time ever. "If you do try and kill me, I can promise that you won't survive, the whole underworld is within my reach so I'd just back off." Mori said calmly to the boy. Mori wasn't the type to get into fights with people unless it was nessary, silence use of weapons was the one thing he hated the most. So he just glanced at the gun that the boy had pointed at his head and shook his head. "I understand full well, that you are no child, but honestly, you shouldn't be so quick to use a gun. The faster you use a gun the quicker you'll die by a gun" he added with a frown, but to be honest, the kid was alright. He wasn't about to become friends with someone as rude as that, but he calmed down a bit, at least towards the kid. The other guy however, was very much so ticking him off, espeically how he had just followed them there. "And excuse me" Mori added glancing at the other man "But your not the worth the time for me to talk to you. Akane was not 'dragged off forceably'. I've known her before this, and..." he paused for a moment glancing at Akane silently. Then he glanced back up at the guy "I've grown fond of her, so try to stop being an idiot and following people around. I'm not the only person that gets ticked off by it. I took her with me for a reason." Mori finished off, possiably saying the most words that were thought possiably from him. Mori then glanced at Akane and bowed his head apologetically "If you want to see me again then I'll be around campus for most of the night." Mori said as he stood up and briskly kissed her once, he wasn't lieing about being fond of her, but he wouldn't put up with being around such fools for the moment. "Oh and its going to rain soon", was the last part of what he said as he headed towards campus, his hands back in his pockets.

Akane blinked, staring over towards Nerus. "But it's.. fine," she murmured, casting Mori a quick glance. She watched Shinku pass his hand through Nerus' but said nothing. However, she did almost jump to her feet when Shinku began pointing the gun towards Mori. "Ah, wai-" She began, stopping herself as she realized Mori was going to speak for himself. So she fell silent, keeping her place on the bench and just observing nervously. She'd begun hugging Kuro to herself, finding it a little comforting. Her ears were flattened back, like usual, and her tail curled around her waist.
Mori began speaking, and she listened quietly, quickly realizing this was probably the most she'd heard him speak, ever, at one time. Her eyes stayed primarily upon the ground, but shifted up towards his face when he paused. She realized then that he was looking back at her, and his next words were the most surprising she'd ever heard. Her eyes widened, and for once her ears perked, standing almost straight as if to make sure she'd heard him right. Fond of her? Hadn't he just been saying he didn't care? She bit her lip and glanced nervously back to the ground, then rigtht back up again when he announced he was leaving. The kiss caught her more off guard than it should have, but that was probably because she was a little unsettled by the confession. "R-right..." she murmured quietly.
For a few minutes she sat there in silence, hugging Kuro tightly with her eyes squeezed shut. Fond of her... Did he really mean it? She'd been suspicious, but it was still odd to hear him say it so easily. She sighed quietly and suddenly jumped to her feet, starting after him at a run. But then she suddenly stopped, turned, and grabbed Shinku's hand. "Come on," she said quietly. She didn't want to leave him. Not after she'd just been left behind by Sei, and right after they'd said they would accept each other. She couldn't bring herself to do that. "Follow him with me..?" She glanced silently over towards Nerus, then turned and started running again, not waiting for a reply from Shinku. If he didn't want to come, she wouldn't make him. But she wanted him to know she wasn't abandoning him either.

Nerus stared somewhat blankly as Shinku let up his weapon. Before Nerus could comment, he said something about a test and had stuck his hand through his body. Nerus was undaunted by this, but felt a slight pang of annoyance at not having been asked before the man went sticking things in places. After that, he turned his attention to Mori as he spoke about his aquantance with Akane. Nerus nodded his head slightly and nigh unnoticably in response, but said nothing. Nerus wasn't a very talkative person, but even so he had to admit when he was mistaken. The man was a prior aquaintence of Akane and she really hadn't raised any objections to being carried off, and it wasn't really that forceful.
Despite this, the man seemed somewhat hostile towards Nerus, which really didn't bother him, even though he was aware of it. Nothing really bothered Nerus, after all he was a ghost. The man stalked off commenting that it was going to rain soon. Rain didn't bother Nerus either. Nerus figured that his misplaced comments had been the cause of the hostiliy, but in truth he had only followed out of curiosity, wondering what perhaps the interactions of 'friends' were like. This didn't seem very friendly from Nerus' perspective, limited though it may be.
Nerus turned back to Akane as she extended an invitation to him about following after the man. Despite the hostility, Nerus was still curious and nodded to Akane wordlessly, stepping forward a few paces.

"Is this how it was supposed to be? I remember when we had to put down my old dog. You said that death caused a new life. For life to be given one has to be taken away.
It never made sense to me and it still doesn't. If I hadn't performed necromancy like you wanted...Zak would never be alive, but you still would be. I wouldn't be...losing everyone I ever cared for and getting my heart repeatedly broken...or...or breaking other people's hearts.
It almost doesn't seem fair...me moving on and dating again. I just wish it wasn't so hard," she spoke to a headstone as she knelt in the grass infront of it.
She ran her pale fingers over the name 'James Fransis Hipp II'.
"I miss you so much. I used to wait to die so that we would be together again, now thanks to Zak we'll never meet again.
I know you'd want me to be happy though. I just wish I knew what would make me happy," she curled up against the headstone and fell asleep with tears leaking out of her closed eyes.

The next mourning derra woke up in a tree with a botle of whisky in his hand."What the ******** happened last night."He asked himself as he fell ou of the tree and land on his back."Ugh...my back." He looked at the bottle he had and read it."Now i remeber, I was so sad last night I got drunk. Fist time to."he told himself. He closed his eyes for he was stil sleepy and just left his hair in his face. Luckly the mourning was vcloudy and the sun didn't bother him much.

Raven woke up to a burning sensation on her face and the uncovered portions of skin.
"Ah ******** that's right," she growled remember that she was now a vampire.
She switched on the device on her arm and told Anik where she was.
She stood up and the kamas at her waist felt heavier and lifeless. She touched them and figured that their powers will be as weak as hers in the ******** ******** and ******** times like 10," she growled. She gave her deseaced fiancee's tomb a parting look and started walking to the gates of the cemetary when she spotted Derra under a tree. She bit her lip wondering if she should say anything or leave.
She walked over to him and sat down sorta next to him and sorta not.
"This s**t doesn't help any in the long run," she commented motioning to the bottle.

derra just oned his eyes to ravens vice and he sghed." I know that now, it was my first time drinking."He said as he sat up. He snapped his fingers and made ravens skin a little darker with his magic.'That should help protect from the suns rays." He told her."So what now, your with Izto, yippie kaya.' He said as he made a circle in the air. He was still sad about last night.

"Thank you," Raven said examining her arm.
Raven glared at him slightly her eyes taking on an ice flint.
"No I'm not 'with Izto' and if I remember correctly nothhing was made official about me being 'with you' either. So techniqually I'm not 'with' anyone. Why does everything...you know what? Never mind. SOrry I even came over here. Obviously you still have the mentality of a preteen," she snapped in severe anger and stress.
With that she stood up and started to walk to the gates.
"Anik, get here now!" she snapped into her communicater.

Derra just stayed quite. she was right. He tlked too much crap and took everything the wrong way. He realised that he had to be more mature and serouis about things. "It's better to know things before making concluions." He told himself as he stood up and went over to raven."I...apologize my behavior, your right. I shouldn't have been making conclusion s like that. I didn't even know what had been going on and i just took it wrong. And that just lead my first time of drinking alchol to be for some stupid reason."

Raven set him with an icy look, but then sighed and shook her head.
"I don't know about any other girl you've known, but I'm not the type to go running off once someone else comes along. As the case is I seem to be running from you and Izto.
I wasn't asleep at the hotsprings thus I heard everything you and Anik were saying. It utterly stuns me that I couldn't catch it in you, but I think I was so desperate to be loved again I didn't want to see what was literally staring me in the face.
I need to time to figure out what to do between you and Izto. For me this isn't a one night disition. If you really care about me you'll repsect that. And please no more of this," she grabbed the bottle from him which still had a little bit of alcohol in it, "You'll have a b***h enough of a hangover as it is, especially for your first time drinking. I'm surprised you didn't get alcohol posioning."
She turned away from him when there was a flash of lightning and a portal ripped open. She waved for Anik to hold open the portal.
"I just need another day or so," she said to Derra her back still turned to him.
She walked over to Anik who was saying something about Raven not drinking so much alcohol when she chucked the bottle at him for being so stupid when she obviously didn't drink and stepped through the portal.

Derra just respected ravens wishes to be alone for a while to think over some things. He just nodded to her and when she left he sighed."I wonder what i would be doing right now if i hadn't gotten into that fight with Ito and just gone on with my regular business." He said with a sigh at the end. He walked around the graeyard and decid to just go to the libary seeing as their was nothing better to do. "Might as well."His body sunk into the shadows and raced towards the libary.
