Oh..sorry.
Explanation: Someone will make a negative comment about..any given character, Risa, in this case. Next, someone will say "You're just saying that because you're a FANGIRL, theres NO reason to hate her! Character development!" Meaning that..you can LIKE a character, but not HATE a character.
