actually what helped me through a depressed period was Gaia. I dont use a shrink, i talk to people on gaia, because they are generally more my age and "there are some things you can only tell a stranger"
yea. thought i'd share that.

When I'm depressed...
I talk to Katy and Ducky and Gaia people and listen to music really loud
I don't really get depressed that much, though
I'm generally a really happy person, even though my life is like ewww boring
