Good question... I think that is what was planned, but a lot of people already have their gifts!

Yeah...everyone should have their pm by now...
I would have waited longer, but there seemed to have been a demand for wanting to know who they were giving gifts to. ninja
I didn't figure that everyone would already have the money to purchase these items.

3 months since they released it with its new update. it was down within the first month of the release.
