okay, pray for several things:
1: COH (Conspiracy of Hope!) This is a huge outreach that my church coordinates every year--we hit the streets and do whatever we can to show God's love to people. IN the past, we've spent the whole week with my hometown, doing tons of service there all week (high schoolers from across the state give up their spring break to do the work of the Kingdom), but this year, we're not only involving about twice as many students, but we're spilting our time between three communities. There is so much planing that goes into these things, and tons of work and stress for everyone in my church office--I'd love if you would pray for them, for the little details, and for the grant we applied for to come through. With the grant, the cost per person decreases about 80%, making it possible for even the less endowed teens from my community (par example, moi) to participate. The other aspect of COH is the fact that while I'll be on spring break from my HS classes, my college quarter will just have started.....so I'm missing four days in the second week of class. It's going to be insanely hard to keep up, and I need some prayer for that.
2. My friends---well, just the situations right now suck. I just want it to be fixed.....
3. Us as Christians---I feel like we're becoming slightly disillusioned. I mean this: I had a group of friends over friday to watch Napoleon Dynamite. Several hadn't seen it, and I jumped at the chance to have some time with the people I know that really need to know that Christianity is a way of life, not just a "religion".....well, I invited several people: A christian friend of mine who doesn't attend my chuch, one of my best friends in the world (my accountability and prayer partner), two friends who got turned off by anti-feminine leadership in their childhood churches, and a professed atheist, who is adamantly against Christianity. (miracle he's a friend of mine, by the way.)
Well, after my AP (acoutability partner) and I dropped the last of our group off at home (we were on our way to support a dear friend at his first day of a new job), her cell rang. As I'm driving, she said to our friend on the other line: "I rode in Jenn's Backseat with an atheist!"
we talked, and she said that she'd so surrounded herself with Christian friends that she'd kind of forgotten people with that stance existed....I just want to ask you all to join me in praying that the body of Christ is not being disillusioned into thinking it's bigger than it is..... I could rant alot more on this, but hey, you already had to read alot.....

I could rant alot more on this, but hey, you already had to read alot..... Aaaah, IC. Actually, the Body of Christ IS bigger than we think it is over here in the comfy west ^^. What we shouldn't forget is that we have a mission and that there is a couple BILLION people who have never heard the Gospel. Some shouldn't just sit back while the world goes to hell you know? There's something wrong with a world that sells childern into prostitution... As I always say: don't keep the salt in the saltshaker! xd I pray against lukewarmness and complacency as well, it's like a disease! Wer need to be on fire for Christ. xd

Hey guys,
I have a huge prayer request. It may not seem like much to you, but, it feels like I'm hitting a brick wall when it comes to my parents. It seems like anything I do isn't good enough and they can't trust me. I have to say there is a reason, but they can't let go of it. I sometimes think that there's no way I'll be good enough to them.
Anyway, pray that God gives me wisdom in this, and that He opens their eyes. It seems that satan is trying to screw up my relationship wiht my parents and stuff.
Thankyou so much.
In Christ, Jennifer

I am having severe Legal and financial Issues at the moment. Since I am a Student, I am unable to pay off a Medical Bill that has been standing for the past year. Since I cannot pay off teh entirety of teh Bill at teh moment($2400) the Debtors have decided to apply a Garnishment to my Wages, which will pull off 25% of my income until teh Bill is paid off.
This is a severe damper, as I don't make enough to survive on as is. So at teh moment I am begginging the legal processe for chapter 7 Bankruptcy, which I am hoping will work out.

My grandfather has terminal cancer. He's only going to live for a couple years at the most. The worst part is he's not Christian and absolutely despises Christianity. Could you please pray that God will open his heart?

I see all of your requests. We'll lift up your needs in prayer. Nothing is too hard for God to handle. He's bigger than our problems and even better, he loves us and he doesn't waste sufferings. In fact the Bible says he collects every tear and numbers the hairs on our heads.
Be praying for you guy's needs. Don't ever be afraid to lift up your needs to the Father. heart
