The way it was explained to me, the Horde on Frostmane restricts themselves from gaining more than X amount of honor based on PvP rank.

Clark: You can roll whatever sort of hordie you'd like. 3nodding
Also, it was the Undercity.
Lar: I'm not familiar enough with the Honor system to really tell, honestly. I'm only at Rank Three (Sergeant) myself, and probably won't ever make it higher than Rank Five or Six (First Sergeant and Stone Guard), if I even make it that far.

Do you have any ideas on what talents I should have? I don't remember what I have now, and I can't check.

Shaman are really versatile players. They make excellent tanks and Healers, and second-or-third-rate Mages.
For post Burning Crusade, I recommend http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/bc-shaman/talents.html?0000000000000000000005202301505203551010150230020350000000000
It is going to put you constantly in a grouping situation, however, as while you'll be able to heal well and tank well, you won't be so great at DPS.

Damage Per Second. High DPS means you kill things fast. Low DPS means you kill slowly. Usually, the higher your DPS, the lower your survivabiity. Mages and Rogues, for instance, can deal a lot of damage very quickly, but also die fast. Tanks (Protection Warriors, Enhancement Shaman, Druids in Bear Form) don't hit very hard but can take a lot of damage. So they usually keep the NPC enemies from attacking them while the DPS classes kill it.

That depends on you.
Elemental Shaman get decent DPS, but it makes them into a Caster role. You become almost more of a support class. Your job in a group would be to lay down Totems around the Healer, Mage, and Tank and then fire away when you can. You can kill things all right, and you've still got decent damage absorption thanks to your armour, but eh.
Enhancement Shaman are amazing tanks, but lose a lot of their utility. Your job is to attack the monster and make sure it keeps attacking you. You also have to group a lot.
Restoration Shaman are great healers, so they can solo pretty well. Just be sure to keep yourself healed while fighting. Fights will take longer though, as you lose most of your attack bonuses. In a group, your job would be either a main healer, or to lay down Totems and back up the Main Healer.
Whichver is best depends on your play style. I say, try them all. Go Elemental/Resto up until level 40, and then respec into a full tree. It does cost gold to do it, but it gives you more opportunities and lets you experiment with the class.

It's no probem. I've only ever taken a Shaman up to level five, so take my advice with a smidgeon of salt. But I've played alongside several in both PvP and PvE scenarios, so I've learned the basics of the class just through that. 3nodding
