::the draconesque senses soon turned to fire as she felt the absolute heat of the potent of energy wash over her. She blinked rapidly, her pathway now had changed to the Druid Temple to the source of power.

Maybe it's a Shard? the draconic conscience whispered into her mind, allowing her pace to quicken as delicious and tantalizing thoughts egged her on. The static of the malicious aura continued to irk and rouse curiousity. She wormed her way through the woods - not exactly seeing her pathway or allowing her eyes to guide her, but more of her innate sense, pulling her towards the pulsing power.::

Vizierre Shifted his eyes from left to right. He stepped back towards the portal and gazed into its firery light. He moved forward into the portal and then came out into the shadow realm. Figuring he'd only be there for a few moments he left the portal to get his new arm.

Well at least it isn't ol' Blackwings... I suppose if it's important, we'll find out about it sooner or later.

*Mouse stretched for a second before continuing ahead. The rumbling wasn't long on his mind for his stomach started growling quite profusely. If it wasn't for that accursed Necros, he'd most likely be drooling over some fish-kabobs right now.*

"It doesn't matter if it's Necros or not. A demon is a demon. And so far, all the ones I've met are horrible."
She set her jaw, the anger creeping up on her, and she tried as hard as she could to keep it in check and lock it away again. In time, I'll get used to it, she thought. She felt the ground slope slightly upward and she tilted her head.
"Do you know exactly where this thing ends? Because I think it's safe to come out now."

((Hello.)) xd

::Rapture had finally began to slow her pace, sensing the closeness of her target. Eventually, as she pushed the overgrown shubbery aside, the dragon essence within her quietly sensed with admiration at the invisible shockwaves of power that surrounded her. The jade eyes blinked, examining carefully at the black void-like portal a couple of yards away, and crouched down to actually utilize the bushes for a form of camoflage. There was something in her that also said someone was there - and despite her preferal vision did not grant her who, her dragon sense was rarely ever wrong.::

Hmm? Oh... I suppose it should end soon shouldn't it...

*Mouse placed the tip of his crook against the ground and began to concentrate. Slowly the ceiling in the tunnel before them began to slide downward to the tunnel floor, opening a more sharp passage upwards to the surface. Once the ceiling finally reached the floor, it began reshaping into a set of stone stairs leading upwards. A shaft of light pierced downward from above lightening up the whole corridor. Mouse winced and covered his eyes with his free hand.*

There's the end. Now how do you turn these off? That light is painful.

She watched intently while Mouse changed the shape of the ground and dirt. It amazed her, as it was quite a talent.
"That was incredible. What a gift you have."
She turned to him and smiled, then saw him wincing. She had already reverted her eyes back to normal and forgot about Mouse. Blushing, and frowning at herself, she walked over to him and placed two fingers on his left temple.
"I'm so sorry, it slipped my mind...it'll just be a second."
She closed her eyes and pulled with her mind, manipulating energies and taking the little bit she had given to him. After a small jolt, she pulled her hand away and smiled, very meekly.
"I'm sorry, again."

~It's more of a means to survive and a curse than a gift... But if it wasn't for them there's a chance she could be in a worse spot.~

*Mouse smiled slightly. The thought of his powers helping her gave him some comfort, but did not change how he felt about them. As Acryn reached for his face, he shut his eyes and removed his hand from his forehead.*

I've had years to myself to hone my focus... And yet I still haven't control entirely. I am sure that you'll do much better than I will.

*His brow tensed as the jolt struck him. Blinking a few times to get used to the light once more, he turned to face Acryn, a wide grin crossing his face.*

You have nothing to be sorry for... Thank you. Shall we be going?

*Mouse faced upward and began walking up the stairs.*

Frowning, her eyebrows furrowed, though not in anger or annoyance, she watched him walk up the stone steps he had created. A small sigh escaped her and she dropped her head. What am I to do? Control? Hardly...I'm hanging on by a thin thread that could snap at any moment... Resigned to stop thinking about such things, she shook her head and walked up the stairs into the sunlight.

*Mouse poked his head out of the tunnel and above ground. Squinting until his eyes could adjust to the light, he scanned the horizon in hopes of finding something recognizable to identify their location. Spying a dirt trail to the west, he frowned not entirely certain.*

Acryn came up the stairs beside mouse and she pulled her hair back from her eyes, noticing her hair was slowly turning white. She frowned, but set her attentions elsewhere.
"Where are we? Do you know how far we've gone?"
She turned her head and looked over at him. A soft breeze came through and ruffled the leaves and branches of a nearby tree. It was wonderfully cool. She held her hair back so it wouldn't be whipped in front of her face again.
"That path is heading west...we must have cut straight across I believe..."
She was talking to herself outloud more than she meant to, but she didn't care.
