I think you look cool. And a Nightmare Construct Banner will definitely be a nice addition to the banners.

thx and thx, I want to make more Banners with Card Art i have that others I don't haven't seen like Snag Hyren for example or others I need to get more Creative to motivate myself, if that makes any sense

I get what your saying. Right now I'm attempting to make a Thunder Hyren Banner. Mostly because I've never tried making a banner before and also because I wan't to see if I can do it.

About an hour. About 15-20 minutes of which was spent trying to figure out the neon glow function.

I'm not 100% Since the Program itself doesn't have the Version info thing in the help drop down menu but when I right click on it and view the properties it says it's File Version 1.0.128.0

It depends on your definition of "By hand". Since there was no option that formed the shape of triangle that I wanted I had to make a black square, cut it in half manually with the eraser, select one half with the magic wand and move it away, then copied both halfs and rotated them to make the other two corners, then I positioned them, merged the two layers that the triangles were on together, and used the neon glow function to create the blue glow. Technically the only thing I did by hand was create the triangles and position them. The rest was done using built in functions.
