Tenten laughed aloud at Sakura's last comment.
"I don't think so! Neji and Lee may LOOK like they don't get along, but they really are friends...kinda like Naruto and Sasuke, I suppose."
She looked ahead, and smiled as the site of the shops came into view.
"And think about THIS," Tenten said, pointing her finger as if she were making a point, "If I go with Lee to the dance, and Neji secretly likes me, then it's like killing two birds with one stone!"
She looked down at the snowy path her and her friend walked on, and grinned.
"I'll go to the dance with Lee. Then I won't feel bad about him being alone, and he's one of my best friends, so I know I'll still have fun. If Neji really DOES like me --which I'm doubting, but still-- he'll get jealous. Maybe then he'll FINALLY make a move or something!"
Her cheeks tinged with pink as she happily though about the handsome Hyuuga Neji asking her out.
"It doesn't matter, now," she stated happily. "I'm going with Lee. We're going to have fun, and Neji can shove it."
She laughed. Of course, Tenten wasn't as feminine as the others, and it wasn't unusual for her to throw teasing insults at anyone, ESPECIALLY her teammates. It was one of her ways to say that she cared about them all, and everyone was aware of it.
"You really shouldn't be worrying about me, Sakura! You're still waiting for Sasuke to ask you out to the dance, right?"

Sakura's cheeks reddened when she heard Tenten. "W-Well.." She studdered, mentally smacking herself for sounding like Hinata. "I've never really given up hope." She said. "Even if he did leave the village for vengance." She finished in a softer tone.
It was true. She could never get rid of the love that she had always felt for Sasuke. Trying to hate him.. was just impossible. Seeing his spiky raven hair and onyx eyes for the first time in a few years since he left; It could sure make a girl's heart swell.
Even though he did so many things to her when they were Genin to her.. She knew she could find it within herself to forgive him. Somehow.[[Well. You can be someone without sending in a form. I know that you're a good enough RPier to just claim a charrie. :3]]

Tenten nodded. She herself had already forgiven the Uchiha for betraying the village. Of course, she disagreed with him 100 percent...however, she had done a bit of research on Sasuke's....situation...and she had surprisingly found that she could understand (indirectly, or course) why he would do what he did.
And then there was the fact that...well...Tenten barely ever KNEW Sasuke. So of course, she just let whatever happened, happen...at it was never a big deal.
"You shouldn't!" she said cheerfully. "After all, all of that stuff is past. If you get stuck back there, it's gonna get worse! The way I see it, Sasuke's back because of YOU and Naruto, and without you both, he'd still be in the past as well. He NEEDS you...that's GOT to be good, right?"

Unlike last time, Hinata decided to walk in the streets rather than jump through the rooftops, considering she had plenty of time. Although the cold weather was making her shiver; she was only in a dark purple zipper-sweatshirt, white sweatpants rolled mid-way to her mid-calf and the ninja sandals.
'Guh...it's so cold...maybe I should go home and change before...what?'
Before Hinata was another one of her random suitors. Inwardly, she was crying and shrieking with fury all at once. Crying from being stopped in her thoughts and shrieking at what might happen, like last time...
She had Juukened the PERVERTED boy into the hospital, landing at Sakura's feet.
'Oh gosh...PLEASE let this one have some common sense at least!!'
"So...how about going to the dance with me?" said...whatever his name was with a cocky grin.
She was really starting to not like him.
"...N-no thanks. Sorry."
His grin was starting to fade, "Oh come on, why not? Pleease?" He came forward, but then tripped on a rock. He tried to grab something to keep his balance, so he grabbed for the nearest thing, and that was...
Hinata's chest.
The two had fallen over and as Hinata opened her eyes, her face became as red as Gaara's hair. Clouds of steam were also now coming from her nose as she gave an angry huff of a glare.
It was clearly an accident, and for that Hinata would've forgiven him, but...he was clearly enjoying this.
"THAT'S IT! GET YOUR HANDS OFF OF ME YOU LECHER!!" Hinata shoved him of and after giving him a few good Gentle Fist strikes (thus knocking him out) she ran off, trying to contain her anger. The townsfolk made an immediate pathway for her, they did not want to end up as her last suitor...
Hinata was finally calming down when she crashed into someone.
"What the hell?! Watch where you're going ne--...EH?!"
Joy, Hyuuga Hinata had just crashed into her long-time crush...
Uzumaki Naruto.
[[@.@ Holy crap that was a long one...AH! T^T Gomen nasai! I didn't see the earlier post with Naruto on the rooftops too...D: guh, IDIOT!-slapself!-...so sorry!]]

Sakura smiled, grateful that she had such a good friend that would be with her till the very end.
They walked for a moment of silence until Sakura spoke out. "Tenten.." she started. "Is that - Is that Hinata?" She said, and pointed to the spot where she saw who looked like Hinata, and Naruto, next to her.Naruto looked down when he felt someone smack into his chest, "Eh, sorry. I wasn't really - Hinata-chan!" He said, a goofy smile adorning his face. "Sorry about that. I wasn't really watching where I was going." He paused, and looked at Hinata. "You seem kind of.. pissed. Is something wrong?" He asked, slightly worried and protective over her. Especially if someone did something to her.[[Thats okay. :3 We'll just presume that he jumped down - is all.]]

Inside Hinata's heart was beating madly. She thought it would burst and kill her any second. But then again...that didn't sound too bad. The day was going horribly so far, let's see here...things that went wrong that day:
1.Missed Sakura and Tenten for shopping trip 2.Got groped 3.Embarrased herself in front of Naruto...again 4.Was probably going to faint
Hinata sighed before remembering she needed to answer. "A-ano! I-i-it's fine, r-really. A-and I'm f-fine, a-absolutely FINE!"
She mentally killed herslef in her head for having increased her stuttering tenfold and for yelling out the last bit, thus negating all of what she said. Hinata was sure to die now. Actually, she was hoping for it. Realizing she hadn't stepped back at all, she quickly did so, all the while blushing like she had painted her face red, eyes swirling and wide and heart beating so fast and loudly she thought about ripping it out herself.

[[NaruHinaaaa~ <3 Hey, Brittney! You need to add NaruHina to the couples list. x3]]
"Ne?" Tenten muttered, as she turned around to acknowledge Sakura. When the pink haired girl pointed down the street, she smiled and nodded.
"That sure looks like her! And that's definitely Naruto!"
Tenten quickly took a few steps foreward in the blond and indigo haired friends' direction, but immediatly stopped and turned around.
"Sakura..." she said with a smile smile. "Let's let them talk alone for a while. After all, Hinata-chan likes Naruto...and Naruto doesn't have a date for the dance yet!"
With a snicker, she grabbed Sakura's arm and pulled her away (not violently, mind you) to the first store. The sotre happened to be a pastry shop.
Well, they weren't shopping for pastries...but...Tenten scanned the sweets and WOW...that cupcake was about to make her drool.
"Sakura! Let's grab a bite to eat here, and we can watch them from the window!" she said with excitement as she pointed to a booth next to the window with a PERFECT view of Hinata and Naruto.

Crunch...Crunch...Crunch...
That was basically the sound that Lee's footsteps were making in the snow as he continuted to walk around. He had made his way threw diffrent places in Konoha, and even at one time stopped to get something to eat. He picked his favorite food...curry. Hmmm...the spicier the curry the was the better it tasted to him. He gave a deep sigh and then looked at the time. He had about 1/2 an hour before he was going to head back to TenTen's house, and so he decided to make his way towards the forest. He could train for a little while there, after all he had told TenTen and Sakura awhile ago that, that was one of things he was going to do.
Making his way toward the forest he saw some animals running in the snow. Mostly rabbits and squrriels. The rabbits coats had matched the color of the snow by this time for a good camofage from other predators. He sighed and smiled at the cute animals, and then continuted into the forest.
He began punching the front of the tree, though it was a bit slippery, and cold he did not care. He was used to it, and it did not bother him. He continuted that for about ten mintues, and then stopped. By this time he had only about ten mintues before he was going to head back, and so he began to head back to his teamates house.
He was not that dissapointed that he had not trained that much after all before he went to TenTen's house he had trained fro about 3 hours, and so maybe after he met back up with her and Sakura he would train again.
((Ok...I am thinking about being Ino, but I have never rper her before, so if I mess up tell me, and I will try to fix it ^^. O_O I missed a lot of rp yesterday...man I wish I would have been here ^^))

[-Shakes hands with the people she's never role-played with before- Hello. I will be playing Sasuke in this lovely role-play, so excuse me if my character is a bit of a jackass. You know how he can get sometimes. ;3]
Oh, how he loathed Valentine's Day. Whoever came up with that atrocity of a holiday deserved to burn. Laughing, hugging, kissing, present giving, dances.. it all made him sick to his stomach.
Of course.. deep, deep, deep, deep.. very deep down, the Uchiha secretly longed for the type of love that was the essence of the very holiday he loathed.
However, let hell freeze over before he decides to admit that.
That.. dance thing that was coming up.. did he plan on going to it? Not at that moment, but there was one week left. But he hated that one rule -- the rule that said a person could only get into the dance if they were accompanied by a date. Who had ever heard of something so stupid?
Oh well. It didn't particularly matter. Dances weren't very high up on his list, anyway.
If they were, that meant he would have to ask someone of the female species to be his date in order for him to go. He suppressed a shudder at the thought. There was only one girl who he could ever even THINK of asking, and she.. she was..
A soft sigh escaped his slightly parted lips, and he tilted his head upward slightly to glare at the sky. How long it had been snowing he wasn't sure, but it had been long enough. He left his apartment to escape the terror that was his fan club(that he was a bit surprised to find still existed upon his return), and came to the red bridge that he was so familiar with because who in their right mind would be there on a day like this?
Other than himself, that is.
The young Uchiha refrained from shivering as a chilling breeze blew past him. He inwardly scolded himself for not wearing more layers of clothing. Underneath his navy blue Uchiha jacket, he only wore a black Uchiha sweatshirt. A long black scarf was wrapped around his neck, and his black pants provided some warmth due to the fact that they were somewhat thick; the ends of which were also tucked into the pair of dark blue boots he was wearing. His hands were covered with a pair of black gloves, and, naturally, he was wearing his new headband as well.
That blasted headband.. it had taken quite an amount of force to get him to wear one again.
Catching some sort of illness did not worry him. His immune system was near invincible, and besides.. he had been through far worse than a mere cold.
He closed his eyes, folding his arms across the railing of the bridge and leaning against it as he once again began to reminisce.
Itachi was dead.. he had managed to escape from Orochimaru with all body parts still intact.. and the worse punishment he had received was spending one month in a prison cell with no outside contact. He was always one to appreciate time alone, but that kind of solitary confinement was just ridiculous. Speaking of punishment.. he was still on probation for the next year or so.
A low, frustrated growl came from the former avenger as he mentally cursed his probation. He wasn't allowed to leave the village, or do missions that were higher than D-ranked. Plus, he was being watched by a group of Anbu the entire time. How unnerving was that? Not much for him, but still.. it was annoying.
"Sasuke-kun!"
If only looks could kill..
Sasuke turned his head to glower at the approaching fan-girl, silent. So much for thinking no one else would have the idea to come there..
"It's ssso cold! Can you.. keep me warm?"
His left eye twitched in annoyance.
Without a word, he pushed himself off the railing to stand up straight, and stuffed his gloved hands into his pockets as he walked away from her, leaving the infatuated girl to only ponder why he was leaving her there to freeze.

Sakura nodded enthusiastically, and the two girls ran inside.
The cafe was adorable on the inside. By the windows were booths that could hold four people. On the two corners of the room next to the counters were tables with a comfy seat surrounding a majourity of it. In other odd places were two seater tables for those 'couples' out there in Kohana. Instantly, she loved the whole layout of the Cafe.
Taking a seat on one side of the booth that Tenten had pointed out, Sakura watched the two love-birds from outside the window.
"Ahem. Excuse me, but I'm here to take your orders." A waiter said, holding a pad with a pen to scribble down what they both wanted.
Distracted, she looked up at the waiter that stood before them. "Oh! Sorry, I'll have.." She quickly glanced at the menu. "A piece of your coconut cake.. and, a de-caf - two milk, one sugar." She finished with a smile, and waited for Tenten's order.
Naruto watched with slight amusment as Hinata studdered and turned red in the face. "Well. If you say so..." He said, unsure of what made her yell out like that in the first place.
"So.. has anyone asked you to the dance yet?"
Man. Naruto can be so dunce.

[[Welcome to the RP, Kairi! <3]]
Tenten was eagerly watching Naruto and Hinata talking, when she heard Sakura giving an order. When the waiter turned to her, she smiled politely.
"I'll have one of those Red Velvet cupcakes, and a glass of milk, please!"
When the waiter thanked them and left to get their orders, and she turned her attention back outside.
"So, Sakura," she started, "you think you might meet up with Sasuke today?"

"Uhh...a-a few, b-but I turned th-th-them all d-down..."
Hinata mentally snorted, 'More like a few hundred...Wait, he...he's asking me? Oh Lord, this must be a dream. Those dreams where he actually talks to me and then...'
Hinata left her thoughts end there, fearing what she might remember. (Coughkissingcough)
With her heart beating so wildly and her face being the color of a tomatoe, she realized she would pass out any second. This would always happen in her dreams as well. Actually, more like when she woke up from them when she replayed the events she could remember over in her head (coughmorekissingcough). Yep, it was coming any second now...
3... 2... 1...
FAINT.
And so, Hinata's head went up as she dropped dead on the ground flat on her back. Seeing Naruto's deep ocean-blue eyes as she closed her own, her last thoughts before the world faded away were, 'Ah well...time to wake up...'

Kakashi had been strolling the streets, nothing changed in his usual dress code except for a pair of boots and an ugly yellow scarf around his neck (not that Kakashi really cared if it was ugly or not...it was warm, and that was all that mattered).
He had no destination in particular. Kakashi just happened to enjoy the winter very much, and when it was cold like it was today, he enjoyed walking simlessly until he found that he needed warmth or until he got bored.
He was just considering turning around heading back to his comfy home when he saw Sasuke coming his way down the road. Underneath his mask, he grinned and wondered if Sasuke was having trouble fending off his 'fangirls'. The jounin was well aware of the upcoming dance, and he knew that for the Uchiha it would be difficult time for him. There was maybe a total of...six girls his age (or around that age) that didn't like him, and 99% of the ones that did like him were obsessed with him.
Valentine's Day was difinitely something horrible for the Uchiha, and Kakashi couldn't help but amuse the teacher.
Kakashi stopped and put his hand up in greeting. "Yo, Sasuke."

Sasuke looked up from his act of glaring at the ground as he walked, only to see his sensei standing in his path. A hint of shock was evident on his face at first, but it soon gave way to slight annoyance.
"Kakashi." That was his greeting. No wave, no smile, no prefix attached; he didn't even stop walking.
What in the world could Kakashi want with him at a time like this? If it was to remind him that the dance was just a week away, so help him..
The Uchiha did eventually come to a slow halt, though, once he was a couple of feet or so behind the silver-haired man. He heaved a sigh; his breath visible as a little white cloud that quickly evaporated into the air. The other male had to have stopped and greeted him for something. "What do you want?"

Kakashi watched as Sasuke greeting him by just saying his name and walking past him. Kakashi was not surprised, and he wasn't dissapointed about it either. Sasuke was Sasuke, and that was that.
But Kakashi was Kakashi, and he enjoyed picking on his students, especially the raven-haired male.
He turned around and walked up to Sasuke, passing him up this time. He knew Sasuke enough to know that the boy would probaby follow along.
"I suspect that you neither asked nor accepted an invitation from anyone to the dance yet, correct?"
