There wasn't a theme for the last one, so why would there be a theme for this one?
Besides, if there were a theme, too many outfits would be the same.
Gaia is very limited on clothing, after all.

.. Are we s'posed to have a date for this, or something? I mean, it's a prom. But Summer hasn't exactly been too active in the guild and doesn't know most people and won't likely get a date. D
