That's true. sweatdrop Only the vague hints the series has given us, and the things that have developed into facts thanks to the wonders of popular fanfic themes. xd (Whis is why Saiyajin CAN and DO purr. whee xd ...If any of us ever sees Chris Sabat, we should ask him to purr in Veggie's tone... ... ... :XP smile
You know, when I wrote the Majin Goku one-shot, I really didn't like Kakarrot. sweatdrop Then again, I guess I probably started out a little too biased against him. He's just no fun when he's so similar to Vegeta!

Purring saiyajins are great. 4laugh
Chris Sabat's got some hilarious stuff on YouTube. I saw one recently where he borrows a fan's videocamera and goes off with it narrating in a semi-Veggie tone....then flips the camera around and flashes his hairy bellybutton before heading back to return the camera. Then the scene changes to the person holding their camera back and Chris is behind the table asking if it recorded what he did. xd
Oh wait, *Got Off Topic* sweatdrop
Kakarrotto is too similar to Veggie. I like how Goku and Veggie's personalities are so different. whee

xd ! Ohhh, wow, I wanna see that! *laughs* I'll have to search for it tomorrow, maybe. Do you remember what it was called? *writes down* (I think it's funny that since I'm drawing, I've got a pencil in my mouth, a pencil a foot to my left, and a pencil a foot to my right. xd They're scattered everywhere in my room...)
*nodnod* Yeah, I know whatcha mean. whee Sigh, and this is one of the moments where I just think of everything at once and nearly explode with lack of ability to express it. xd (Y'know? Like you want to draw a ton of doodles and write a bunch of stories all at once just to express how much you feel about them? Maybe that's just my weirdness... O.o)
Anyway! Hmmm, what else is there on this topic?

3nodding Yeah...the problem with these is that they don't actually have ideas, just an extreme need to...explode? xd Er, I mean, write. And draw. Although exploding is a better word for it. =p I dunno, it's hard to describe. sweatdrop
X3 Hokay! I'll save the URL and watch it downstairs later, as this compy dislikes YouTube. :Gonk: (Well, the wireless connection dislikes YouTube.)
Anyway, that got off-topic, I'm sorry. sweatdrop
Hmm, but, yeah. Considering the amount of info we have (/don't have) on them, it is kinda hard to determine what exactly are traits of a Saiyajin, besides the obvious. :3

Veggie stating at the end of dbz that saiyajin age much more slowly than humans was helpful. Shame he didn't go off into a Veggie-speech about other kinds of physiological differences.
That part of the clip is so randomly amusing. I might post a link of it on DA, or do a comic with Veggie playing around with a videocamera.

What about a more or less aggressive Vegeta? Take out the killing part for Goku... which would Kakarrot prefer?

Wait, Kakarrot, or Goku? What do you mean about the killing thing? *tilts head* Well, let's see...it's harder to decide with him. But...
It's really difficult to decide with Kakarrot. On the one hand, I'm sure he would absolutely thrive off the challenges that an agressive Vegeta would constantly be providing to him. I mean, what would be the fun in an opponent who tends to shy away from conflict?
On the same token, I can somehow imagine a Kakarrot also thriving off of the idea of being superior -- the Saiyajin-ish pride shining through in him, y'know? Although I guess that also has to do with how extreme you take "less agressive."
Goku... I'm sure he's fond of the agressive Vegeta's personality in some ways, just because that's how he's used to Vegeta acting. It's sort of a central part of his character. I can imagine him laughing at, yet admiring, the sometimes ridiculous extent to which Vegeta can be aggressive. Sort of one of those endearing type of things.
However, a less aggressive Vegeta would probably come off as absolutely adorable to him. He might take a certain joy in "mothering" Vegeta as a quieter, more withdrawn man.
But what I really think is necessary (for Goku) is the experience of the transition of very aggressive to less aggressive. In this way, he'd realize Vegeta's fiery nature, and come to appreciate/admire it (previously mentioned stuff). But then, he could also enjoy Vegeta as he calms down, being able to get along with him in more in the context of friends than cutthroat-competitive rivals. He'd know that Vegeta was capable of fierceness, and at the same time be thankful that they could talk more freely without worries of Vegeta's aggression becoming an issue.
Humm, those are my thoughts and ideas and opinions, which, as always, are very moldable. xd

eek WOW.
Hm, what I meant about the killing thing is that Majin Vegeta kills people and Goku finds that morally irreprehensible so that when considering who he would prefer you must remove it for there to even be a discussion about it.

I like the idea that Kakarot would want a "Prince" to follow...but it's a bias.

I can imagine Vegeta getting Kakarrotto a cape. Not a cape as cool as his own Ouji cape, but a cape nontheless. xd

*nods at what Veta said in response to her long post a while back*
xd "It's second only to mine, Kakarrotto!" ["^.^ Does it make me look schmexay, Veggie?" "*cough* For both our sakes, I'm not going to answer that."]
The idea of Goku wanting a prince to follow is cute. But of course, he'd have to really embrace his identity as a Saiyajin before that could happen. I mean, if I discover I'm the only other (albeit low-ranked) member of an all-but-extinct, say, society, I'm not just gonna go off and worship the only other person left because he was one of its leaders. Not if it's not something that's important to me, and not if I don't understand it (or if I don't respect the person).
The idea of it is adorable, though. X3 I think Goku would sort of like the idea of Vegeta considering him special and what-not. (With the cape-giving thing.)
Did I get anywhere in that post? O.o;

I just meant Kakarroto would be (in my head) a version raised to be saiyan.
Yush! A cape!
