Lair_Argyra outlaw_7788 ok i got it this time name surprised l gandlofi weapon:a whipe sword made of alchemy height:6'3 skill::well alchemy bio(please like it):: my name is ol i named ol becuse of a burn marke on my back that i got when i was small. my parents were killed in that fire, later i was raised byr monks at a near bye church. as i grew older i went back to my home i found a whipe sword that my father made and book that was pass down the gandlofi blood line, it was a book of alchemy. i practice with the sword and studyed alchemy. now that i'm 17 i fight for the church where i was rasied to thank them for careing for me, somthing is still strange why did my home brun up in flames? so i seach for any info about my parents but i have no clue where to look i'm hoping to find some answers and i'm hoping i'll find out soon Now, this is interesting and more fitting. Two details are confusing me, though. What is "well alchemy"? Or did you just mean alchemy in general? Let me answer that one for you... You are skilled in alchemy (not just water and ice). That shall simplify things a bit for you. But... what is a whipe sword? After you clear that one up (about your weapon), I would say you will be accepted. Your character gave the sword a name, just like people tend to name their boats or any other personal belongings that have a strong meaning to them. The Mystic Seals are circles drawn by the caster to perform a spell, just like in the anime Full Metal Alchemist. And the killer seems to be a vampire from Dracula's castle who went all the way to Japan to retrieve the item your partner stole. Is all of this correct? Well, the item that she had was given to her by her father, who was one of a group of treasure hunters who had attempted to uncover the treasure of Castlevania. Her father managed to get away with a pendant item that had great value to the forces of the dead. But, other than that info, that's about it. Code Justice, your character application is accepted. Lets get you started with your own post in the rpg thread describing how you reached the gates to Dracula's castle (following whatever clues lead you to it) to find that entry to the castle is impossible at the moment. Then write about noticing the library where you are to request information about how to get into the castle. The local church in Transylvania is alarmed by the re-appearance of Dracula's castle and the curse that has started covering Transylvania in eternal darkness once again. You are called to serve the church as a vampire hunter with your skills as an alchemist. When you arrive at the entrance to the Castle, you find it is impossible to enter by any means, so you decide to return to a library you crossed in your way there to look for information. Let's see how well your first post comes up.

Bio: Long separated from her brother, Er Li Belmont (relation to actual Belmonts unknown) and the other members of AAVT because everyone has gone on with his/her own life, Jade is still a member of the Blackstar Performance Company. The company now travels around the land, and Jade with it. Hearing of the recent strange occurrences, Jade's memories of her previous acquaintance with AAVT have been revived, and she fears for the worst. Not knowing what to do, she sends a message to Alek, and meanwhile heads off to search for clues.
Other info: Jade does not like to perform in front of others even though she is in the performance company. She enjoys writing and drawing and sometimes a private eye in her free time for fun.
Randomness behind background: This is actually somewhat the background of a character in a parody that I wrote involving my friends and me. This character minus the healing magic and the bio info is the same in that parody. It was spoofed AAVT (Azn Anti Vampire Team)... a lame joke, and no, AAVT was not all Asian.
AAVT(based off of Bram Stoker's Dracula, Van Helsing, and etc.) consisted of 10 people: Victor, Er, Jade, Alexander, Sasha, Yoko, Roderick, Dante, Christopher, and Anton. They had a random adventure where Dante, real estate agent, was trapped at Lord Lune's(Dracula) castle temporarily. He eventually left to regroup with his companions. Er had found an odd relic, and had wanted to know more information about it. Yoko, Anton, Rod, and Chris had gone to the great library at Hamperexton to research the relic. During that time while they researched, Sasha was kidnapped by a werewolf, and Yoko was bitten by a vampire. After a near horrible encounter with a vampiress and being saved by Victor, the four researchers returned to Alek's mansion. They regrouped and went off to save Sasha. After the rescue, they decided that something had to be done. Alek was bitten by a werewolf.
They then went off to the castle.
At the end, Alek as a werewolf defeated Lune, and was cured by Christopher's good tennis aiming skills(he aimed a ball shaped cure, developed by Yoko and Anton, into Alek's mouth).

What could I say about this submission...
It is good, but keep in mind that this is a Castlevania RPG, not AAVT RPG. Your character is acceptable as long as it is not linked to anything that it is not in the Castlevania Universe. Write more about her business in Transylvania during these dark times of the rebirth of Dracula's castle, and about her motives as a vampire hunter.

Wanting to share the "fun" and slightly shaky, she sent a message to her friends, and meanwhile headed off to search for clues. Jade hadn't fought in a while, but she was determined and so, she took up the role of being a vampire hunter... to stop the atrocities occuring.
Skills(just to elaborate): Being a performer, Jade is rather flexible and lithe. One could say that she is just as well an offensive or a defensive fighter, but seeing that she has healing magic, I'd rather say that she's defensive. Her healing magic simply includes healing wounds. She can't revive people...obviously. Jade has pretty good aim with her bow and arrows and is ok with the spear. There's always room for improvement for her.
Other info: Jade does not like to perform in front of others even though she is in the performance company. She enjoys writing and drawing and sometimes a private eye in her free time for fun. She doesn't like water.

Magic: Bestial Blessings ( taking on certain traits of animals. i.e.: Ox: strength, Owl:wisdom, Dog: loyalty and so on...)
Personal secret: He is a consecrated priest
Bio: The last living son in a long line of nobles of the Von Hulen clan, Edvard is a quiet young man with a gentle smile and a roguish outlook. His family has always been tied deeply with it's surroundings and many animals flock to the Von Hulens from the forest, following them for days on end, occasionally sharing kills with the nobles. Edvard now rules his lands kindly in a far corner of what was once called Germania, the Holy Roman Empire, and so on and so forth. He is a just ruler who protects his people as well as he can. However, one night, the animals from the forest began acting strangely. The wolves would not howl, the owls would not hunt, the whole forest seemed to be silent. After three nights of this, Edvard took up his father's sword, Vanguard, and headed into the night. He took a priest and three of his closest hearth companions. Along the paths and trails, they found remains of horribly mutilated animals, as well as the missing guard they'd thought had left town. Then, all at once, a beautiful woman appeared. But she wasn't right. She had batlike wings and eyes that glowed like embers. A battle was joined that left Edvard scarred and the preist wounded. The woman had been a succubus. Coming back after a time of rest, Edvard and his priest came home to find all the men of the village slain in their sleep. Edvard left soon after things returned to normal, his sword on his hip and the church's Aspergillum tucked into his things as his carriage rode off to the fabled place of darkness. He wished to find what had loosed the succubus in his lands and a scroll he'd found in his library told of an old castle in " The land between the woods" Transylvania...
The carriage rolled on into the darkness as Edvard planned to end the troubles of his people...

It's a play off of my last name which does indeed date back to the Von Hulen clan of old Germania... Yeah, He was a student of the preist's. But He was still a noble and as such, became a sort of spiritual leader as well as the titled ruler of those under his care. He wished to keep in the interests of the people by becoming something of an example to live by. Sure, it sound segomaniacal, but it was because he had read tale of things that go 'bump' in the night. He wished to protect his people against demons, etc... All those things that were a common hysteria of the time, yet only talked about in hushed conversations. The preist dubbed him the title of journyman ( It sounds dumb, I admit...only thing I can think of) and advised him to 'go with God", if you will. Sure, it doesn't sound that good, but it's all I can think of.

Now to find a way to introduce you into the storyline with the others. Some time after your carriage enters Transylvania you feel it increases speed. This doesn't seem to bother you much, but then the travel becomes more rough and aggressive. You decide to peek out to see what's going on outside and notice no one is driving it, and that the horses are pulling the carriage on their own. You get out through the carriage's window, trying not to fall off, and manage to sit where the driver was supposed to be. For a bigger surprise, the horses do not respond to your commands, and you notice they look like rotting corpses with bright red glowing eyes. It seems your carriage's horses have become possesed by demons.
You desperatedly try your best to regain control of the carriage, to no success. The demon horses keep running wild, dragging your carriage at unbelievable speed deeper into Transylvania, closer to a huge castle. Seeing this is the only choice left up to you, you decide and manage to free the carriage from the horses. They keep running and disappear into the darkness of night, and your carriage keeps running towards the moat of the castle.
