Stage 01
Entry 1 - June 14 2006 {Journal Entry - First Person} A box, tied neatly with a bow, was sent to my house. Someone had used my name to buy it, and when I had opened it, a weird thing flew out... It was all silvery and shiny, but I could have swear that it's alive... Which I found out to be true. There is a forehead jewel on its head which changes color, I guess, to his moods. I'm trying to figure it out. I'd found out that he is a 'Switch', although I have no idea what that is either. I've decided to keep him though, but he'll only add to the burden of having another child. Of course, I like children, but I already have so many... Anyway, he's way hard, like metal... Titanium, maybe? So, I'm going to name him Titan. I think it's suitable, and i've ran out of names to use for the kids anyway. He'd already dented most of my metal pans and broken some of the objects made of glass with his flying and banging around, but I hope that he'll stop soon. Saniiro will kill me for sure. He had said no more kids... And how am I supposed to ask him for the money needed for 'Titan damaged property' repairs?
Entry 2 - June 16 2006 {For Stage 1 Event - Third Person} A loud crash resounded through the house, followed by a long groan. That's already the third crash for that day, and it was only ten in the morning. It had been happening a lot lately. The right wall in the living-room has a crack running down its middle, the door leading to several bedrooms had been broken and even the concrete pillars outside holding up the doorway had been dented rather badly.
"Titan! Stop it, now!" Dragain yelled, her face filled with disappointment and a tinge of anger. She had vowed that she would never yell at her children, no matter how angry they make her. However, Titan had broken her record. Out of so many children, he had been the most headstrong and stubborn. He refuses to listen to anyone, and scolding doesn't work. It drives Dragain up the cracked wall. No matter how rich Dragain's fiancee, Saniiro, may be, he can't fork out anymore for repairs for every day of the week.
Titan's forehead jewel changed from a glowing orange to a deep dark blue, showing his current depression. The Switch hovered above the broken vase before settling on the floor, beside the fragments of ceramic. His wings gave a few flutters.
"I know you might think that knocking into things in fun, but you are doing it at the expense of this house! Can't you see that it is falling apart?" Dragain clenched her fists, trying to calm down. She took a deep breath and let it out slowly, "You're going to tear this house apart if you keep banging into things for fun... On top of that, you're endangering the safety of everyone."
The forehead jewel turned pink, and Titan started to take flight again. The 'running into things for fun' habit had been going for for several days now, and this was the first time that Dragain had shouted at anyone. She had never shouted at the others before.
'She must be really angry to yell at me like that,' he reasoned to himself, feeling rather ashamed of his own behavior. He settled on Dragain's shoulders, trying hard not to drop off.
Dragain sighed, and smiled, "Thank you. Try not to ram into any other things anymore, okay?" She turned to walk away, and Titan flew off her shoulder. Hovering above the ground for a moment, he flew swiftly and quickly ahead, only to stop in front of Dragain. He landed on Dragain's shoulder again, refusing to bulge.
"You nearly destroyed the house to get your father's and my attention?" Dragain laughed, placing Titan on the palm of her right hand. "Well, I can't promise you anything for this Saturday, since we have to fix the house. But let's promise to keep each other company at least once by next week, okay?" She gave a smile.
Titan brightened up as the yellow glow of the forehead gem became a golden color. He flew around Dragain a few times, and anyone could see what the Snitch was trying to say.
"Promise!"
