At first unaware of the pressence of Eclipse, Saradin continued his work uninterrupted. Not much changed once he finally did notice the familiar shade approaaching. He glanced at the blue wolf from the corner of his eye, greeting him with a silent nod as always. Over the clang of metal, he slipped out a sentence, "Coming to view my labor?" He said with standard lack luster, unsure of whether he unintentionaly sounded sarcastic or just a little spiteful. Eclipse was always a comfort to be around, he had in fact saved his very being by just knowing him.

He sat in his room, thinking quietly to himself more than talking to anyone, but that's what it sounds like to anyone who'd happen to listen...
Feeling as though he's going stir crazy, he's been running his entire life. Always imagined that actually getting to rest would be peaceful, relaxing...but it's not. He feels as if he's trapped in a cage, and he's frantic to get out.

Eclipse flattened one ear at the tone that seem to accompany Saradin's voice. None the less really phased he trotted over to his friend. Aurahkah had told him to not worry about his troubles, she would deal with them for him. So he would immerse himself in someone else's business, namely Saradin's.
He laid down a ways behind Saradin, close enough to gain comfort from his friend but not be in the way. His huge size was a trouble at times, even if he did want to be closer, but to be in the way would only prove hazardous for his jet black feathers. So he lay there, every so often his ear, wings, or tail giving a twitch.

Lauren cautiously peaked around the side of the large mansion doors. Not seeing anyone she slowly edged her way into the hall. "Is anyone here?" She said to her self.
"Yes, I can fell the presence of many other beings."
"Are they friendly?" Lauren asked stopping her trek into the mansion. She moved one foot behind herself incase trouble came running for her, as it often did.
"I don't know if they're friendly, but not all of them are human. C'mon I want to see more of this place. Keep walkin' girl." Alex was getting impatient.
"Alright alright, I'm going." Lauren also wanted to see more of this magnificent place. Her curiosity got the better of the little voice inside of her telling her to run away. She had been walking for some time, and was sure that she was lost, when she heard a noise so she carefully inched her way making the least amount of noise as she could. She saw a doorway ahead of her. Light was spilling out onto the cool floor. She crept down the hall and made her way to the doorway, all the while the sound getting louder. Walking outside she said, "Uh, would you happen to- AHH!" The sight of a large winged wolf greeted her and she rushed back inside the manor then flattened herself against the wall.

Aura came strolling from the library, having to take a break from her research. There was just so much past history to go through... "He shouldn't even worry...he's going to make me regret creating him." That thought seemed to tear at Aura's heart. She hated it when Eclipse was unhappy.

(dont know if this got through before the maintenance earlier.)
"Something bothering you?" Saradin said to his visitor after a while, trying to sound a bit more sypathetic but failing. "I may not be able to understand your words, but I can somewhat understand you." So distracted from his work, he placed down sword steel and hammer against the anvil to grant Eclipse his attention. He knelt down and scratched the fur behind the 'wolf's head before standing again. Now fully removed from the task, Saradin took a needed break. "I need something to eat, you want to come along?" Knowing he'd recieve no audible reply, he just began the walk towards the manor and its kitchen.

Eclipse got up from his spot in the grass and barked in agreement, eagerly following after Saradin. He came skidding into the kitchen before Saradin, making a circle around the table then returned to the kitchen's center and barked again.

Li decided to begin her search alone. She walked outside and into a forest. She kept walking until she reached a clearing next to a small river. Perfect. This is exactly the place I was looking for. She went back into the forest and killed a small rabbit. She brought it with her and set it next to the water's edge. She walked away and sat under a tree. There she waited.

Following closely behind the energetic hound, Saradin entered into the kitchen and set about getting himself something to eat. "I'm glad you can lift your own spirits so easily. I've always had a much harder time." Before finally sitting down to his lunch, Saradin regarded Eclipse. "Would you like something? What do you even eat around here?"

Eclipse sat next to Saradin's chair and cocked his head to the side at him. He unfurled a wing and made a sweeping motion with it that signified he was 'pointing' to the entire area that was the kitchen.
Slowing her walk, Aura took a seat in her favored chair in the great hall, setting her journal in her lap and flipped it open again, once more scanning the information it provided.

Simple enough to decipher, Saradin found something for the not quite natural canine to devour and gave it to him. Sitting for his own meal, Saradin regarded him. "No matter how you mask it, there's something on your mind." He took a sip of coffee. "Sometimes you need to face your troubles. But I guess you wouldnt want to end up like me. I wouldnt push that on anyone." Slipping back and forth between painful memories and present days, Saradin drifted off a bit from reality while eating.

After about an hour, a shadow quickly moved across the ground. Li looked up towards the sky, the sun momentarily blinding her. When she could see again, a bald eagle was soaring above her. Eventually it landed near the rabbit. As it inspected the kill, she slowly made her way into the clearing and toward the bird. As soon as it spotted her, she froze. She looked directly into the birds eyes. She held its gaze, letting it look into her own eyes, letting it understand that she wished it no harm. Soon the bird went back to investigating the rabbit. She moved forward more. This time the bird merely gave her a quick glance. When she was only a few feet from it, she stopped and began to sing the eagle song. The bird stopped what it was doing and looked at her. When the song was nearly complete, it made its way over to her. She finished the song and reached out to the bird. The eagle brushed the side of its face against her hand before climbing onto her arm. She studied the magestic bird for a moment. "I think you would be the perfect companion for someone I know. He needs someone to comfort him. Great Eagle, will you lend him your company?" The bird let out a cry and flapped its wings. Had it refused it would have flown away, but it stayed. "Thank you." Li moved the bird onto her shoulder and headed back toward the mansion.

Eclipse quickly ate his treat and sat down again, this time closer to Saradin's chair. He rested his front paws and head on Saradin's knee and snorted as he fluffed his wings behind himself to straighten his feathers. He watched him with azure eyes that shone with easy comprehension of the man's feelings. After all, they were basically born of the same thing; darkness. He let out a low bark and gently pawed at Saradin's knee.

Finishing most of his meal, Saradin handed a bit of it down to Eclipse. "No need to worry about me, I'm feeling better these days than ever before. And it really is all thanks to you I believe." Then he lifted himself up and looked out to the rear of the manor. "He's waiting, I need to get back to work."

The shadow originated wolf ate what was offered and nudged against Saradin's leg as he stood. He lazily walked out of the kitchen, and back to the spot where he found Saradin earlier. Retaking his place in the grass he laid down, wings folding tightly to his back. He had no intention of missing the forging of a sword, even after his long existence with Aurahkah, it was the one thing he hadn't seen done.
Aura had barely looked up as Eclipse had passed her by. She was too busy buried in reading and reliving everything that had been written in the journal she was reading, after all, it was their past. Now she had a slight understanding to Eclipse's worry. True, the creature was neither true animal, human, or spirit, but a mix of the three. She sighed, realizing Eclipse now had two problems. The first, where he though he belonged and the second, the state of his existence not being of a permanent nature.
