"...I must say, I thought you would have died along with the Old Planet Vegeta when Frieza blew it up." Lavaros said, eying him slowly. "I most unfortunately, was with Cooler." "I hope you're not implying ill intentions against me, or let alone the Saiyan race." Said Vegeta, seeing that the newcomer lacked respect for others.

"I am saying that If possible, I plan to fight you in a friendly match up, and beat you." Lavaros said quietly. "...And I have no intentions of killing any Saiyan, as long as they dont destroy solar systems needlessly... But still, I thought you would have been killed.. End Sayain royalty... Cooler told me all about Frieza's megalomania."
Lavaros sighed. "....And yes... I do have a problem with Authority, depending on who's I must adhere to."

"Our time will come eventually . . . we will find a victor. And Frieza wasn't very thorough in destroying my home planet. He merely caused a core disruption, which is why me and some other Saiyans escaped. If he had used a greater deal of force, then I might not be here today." Said Vegeta, knowing that Frieza wouldn't dare show his face upon the New Planet Vegeta.
"And I never got your name." Said the King to the newcomer. "I would like to know who I will fight some day soon."

"Oh... Forgive me, My name is Lavaros, Prince Vegeta." He gave a small bow at the announcement of his name. "... I am sorry... But... I need to know something... Is Goku still Alive... This is no offense meant but... I wished to challenge him too..."

"...It depends if you make me or not." Lavaros said quietly, a small smirk on his face. "Tell me, can you turn into a Super Saiyain, Mizu?" He asked, folding his arms a little. "Not that Im saying that those who aren't are not strong.. I'm just a little curious."

Lavaros flew about fifty kilometres away from Vegeta and Gilthana, his black Aura sorounding him as he got into his usual fifty-fifty stance. "...Go all out, okay. I don't like it when people hold back on me, its insulting."

She goes after him, keeping her distance. "I feel the same way." A light blue aura surrounds her and she begins to power up. Her stance is one of the attack stances for jujitsu.

Lavaros powered up to his full in his normal Sayain stage, and rushed forward, opening his palm as he went in closer, several golden Ki blasts burst out of his palm as he got closer.

Mizu went right for him as he came at her. Her own hand forming ki balls from each of her fingers.
