First Tim Hortons is 10x better then there Starbucks crap and if some idiot compares America to us They should think first before they say that we only drink beer and watch hockey... not all canadians drunks and if you compare the drugs and the drunks here to America we have much less then them

still.alive I actually find them entertaining, esp the ones that go on about how we live in igloos, its like common, how could we speak to them if we lived in igloos. It wouldn't be all that possible, but I have to hand it to them, their government passes through more motions than ours does. I mean, we usually have someone different each year who doesn't care about some motions so they just get lost, or take forever to follow through. As far as I am concerned both of the governments have issues, and the problem is, is that we people have to suffer for it. Yeah if they think that we live in igloos then you can just see how much brains some of them have.

Crystal_1000o0001 I got question? Why do Canadian's think the USA is bad? biggrin Because some canadians think that usa is all lets shoot him or blow this up. i geuss just cuz of usa's rumors to like : bush just started war with iraq for fun and stuff like that.

Taeryyn Ohhh lessee. I don't hate Americans. I hate the Americans who act like their the centre of the ******** universe. Unfortunately, there are a lot of them. I don't like the "assimilation" culture, I don't like the "we save u now!11" s**t they pull, I don't like the propaganda the government uses about that stupid war in Iraq. (Uh, what the HELL does 9/11 have to do with it?? Sadam Hussein didn't plan it, Bin Laden did. And he wasn't even Iraqui!} Oh, and I don't like the fact that so many American citizens are so against human rights. You know, the last time I check, gay people were human? God. I've met a ton of sweet, nice, open-minded, awesome Americans. I wish the rest of the country was like them.

got one word: IGNORANCE.
it's funny how I can name all the States, but the majority of Americans can't name 3 provinces XD.
Not that that's a really big deal, but hey.
oh, and I don't like their 'super-patriotic' attitude. My aunt moved to Maine from B.C for some odd reason, and put her two young kids in elementary school there. They were PENELIZED and made fun of because they didn't know the national anthem and pledge of alligence by heart...so they had to go home and memorize them, even though they were still CANADIAN and had no idea what the words meant. All under the age of 7.
What a load of bull. We don't even play O Canada anymore in schools here because some kids from minority religions find the 'reference to God' in the song offensive. We don't say the Lord's Prayer for the same reason, or 'God Save the Queen' (we do play it on Remembrance day, but that's it)
So THERE.
Got nothing against Americans in general, but the American way of thinking is just so far from my own, I don't even understand it most of the time.
