Ino's voice echoed into nothing, and she sighed. She spotted Shikamaru walking off and ran after him, slowly to a walk once she caught up with him.

Might Gai stood up. Sound villagers came in and all I remember is hearing Kakashi yell and then I was hit in the shoulder blade with a shuriken. I fell instantly.
