For throwing her laptop in the hogwarts lake and accidentally electricuting anyone who went to the bathroom or washed their hands, including every house elf in hogwarts (laptops make things fun!)

You road into the Minstry of Magic in your biker chick outfit and seduced the Minster of Magic. He liked you so much that you talked him into letting Azkaban prisoners go. The free prisoners distroyed the Minstry of Magic and the entire wizarding world went "up in smoke".
