Kyro Rebella Kyro skipped along happily with Jace. The two had been hiking for quite a few hours now. She still couldn't remember much, but the nightmare she had of Lael led her to believe, if she could find him, maybe he could help her remember something. She stayed close to Jace; he made her feel safe and happy. "Do you know much about Lael?" she asked, trying to spark a conversation. She also hoped he could tell her more about this mysterious boy from her nightmare, whom she was likely soon to re-meet...and whom she knew nothing about.

Kyro Rebella Kyro had just finished asking her question when she saw the boy from her nightmare. She looked at him nervously. She had no memory of this man other than her nightmare. He was so torn up he didn't even look like he should be alive. At that moment Kyro felt a mixture of feelings. She was scared, curious, sad, and yet relieved to have finally found him. She and Jace walked close enough to him to be able to talk with him. Kyro stayed behind Jace the whole time, afraid. They stopped approaching, only a few feet from Lael, and Kyro stared worriedly into his eyes. She slowly stepped out from behind Jace, but clinged to him, her arms tight around his waist. She had finally found Lael, but didn't know what to say. She knew she was the reason he was so torn up, and that somehow she had known him before she lost her memory. However, that was all she knew. Kyro just kept staring at him at a loss for words.

As they found him, Lael grinned slightly. He blinked slowly as he began to stand up, the bones in his legs creaking loudly and bent in ways they shouldn't be. When he finally stood up, his arms drooped forward and his head looked straight ahead towards them. "Hello, you two. Kyro and...I don't remember ever getting your name, but I did talk to you for a bit a while ago." He spoke monotonously, his eyes showing no emotion, his vision still grey in his right eye and crimson red in his left.

As Kyro spoke, Lael grinned slightly, but kept quiet as his bones creaked, breaking the silence. He slowly adjusted himself, moving his neck up to be able to look at her, his arms remaining drooped down in front of him. "Dream? You never had any dreams of me and let me explain why. See, to my knowledge, you never dreamed of me and I know you wouldn't bother dreaming about me considering all the mental stress I put you in." he spoke monotonously, but now he began to speak with a hint of laughter in his voice. "Those aren't dreams. Everything that has happened to this body of mine and what you think was a dream actually happened. Albeit, you did it out of self-defense, but it happened. These broken bones, how this body is now and how you're afraid of it, oh it happened big time. And hey...if this doesn't help you regain your full memory, I could happily force it back into you..." As his final words came out, he held his right hand up, mauled completely and covered in gashes so it didn't really look like much of a hand, but his fingers were fairly visible. Slowly, darkness came from his fingers, but calmly and flowed slowly through his veins which was easy to see as the veins in his hand turned black.

Lael watched as her response was to immediately start to cry, the past obviously too much for her to handle, but even then, he felt no remorse for her as he knew that the past always catches up to them all. As she moved closer, her extended his arm towards her head, the darkness flowing out faster, but still calmly. Before he touched her head, he watched her, his vision not changing as she looked grey and red. He closed his eyes and as he reopened them, they were the same colors as hers, his hand now touching the top of her head, the dark flowing into her mind and forcing her memories back slowly and non-painfully, but the emotions that would ensue from the memories could or could not have an effect on her. "This shouldn't hurt, but if it does, you'll have to deal with it for a bit."

Kyro Rebella Kyro felt all the memories coming bad. They played through her mind like a movie, every one of them. All the feelings rushed back so suddenly. Kyro sat still with her head hung low, absorbing all the memories. She cried a little still, but she was silent. She didn't try to hide her tears. She didn't care now. Slowly, she raised her face up to look at Lael. For a moment, she simply stared into his eyes, not disgusted by his mangled body. Finally, she threw herself against him, hugging him tightly. "I'm sorry I forgot you..." she said with a sad smile. She didn't really want to say anything else. She just wanted to sit quietly and enjoy hugging him. But after a moment, without loosening her grasp on him, she spoke again. "You're very smart, Lael. Is there not a way we can fix you?" She looked questioningly at him, though she felt certain there had to be something he could do. Then, she noticed Jace was there. She had forgotten he was there, she was so absorbed by memories of Lael. She stared at him, still lying against Lael. She had kissed that boy and flirted quite a bit with him. He had helped her find Lael. He had taken care of her when she needed it most. Therefore, she loved him...but she loved Lael first. Now she was confused. She loved them both... She said nothing, but stared at Jace. She wondered if he would reveal their secrets to Lael. She wondered if he cared at all about her or if he was just a nice, friendly guy. Still, she sat quietly. She looked away from Jace. She stared at nothing, tired from all this emotion and tears. Her mind was kinda in a blank carefree state now...like when you're high. She let her eyes close, but listened carefully for the boys words.

Kyro Rebella Kyro listened quietly as Lael spoke aloud. She didn't move until he whispered to her. Kyro opened her eyes, and a saddened look came over her face, but she was looking in a direction so he could not see. Her sad look turned suddenly cold. She turned to face Lael, loosening her hold on him. She looked at his face sternly but with a slightly noticeable softness. "Don't be so cold...so...selfish," she spoke strongly with an alluring tone. "I would never choose him over you," she motioned with her head to Jace. "Its true, I had some feelings for him, but I'm yours...whether or not you like it," she spoke loud enough they could both hear, though Lael had only whispered to her. Then, she pulled her face close to Lael's and licked from his neck to his cheek to prove her point. "I was only with him because I had no memory of you," she paused. "I love you, Lael. Please don't ever doubt me." Finally, her face softened, though not all the way, as she still waited for his acceptance.
