For Mufasa::
*Father to Simba, Mufasa is a strong, proud lion and leader of the pride. When he is an adult that is but like his son he too was a troublesome cub. In 1000 words or less describe an event or adventure that Mufasa had.
Mufasa's eyes narrowed as he plotted the best means of attack. He arched his body, his tail lying still for the first time in the cubs memory..His paws moved graciously across the ground and he laughed a bit. As his laugh rung above the high grass he was hidden in, Illianu turned around abruptly. The bird was blue with a bright neon orange beak. His eyes widened as he jumped out of the way of the jumping Mufasa..
'Now who on earth taught you your manners?" He asked..
Mufasa just laughed. This measly little bird had some nerve! His attention went from Illianu to a small ball of feathers. It was Illianu's son, Zazu. Zazu was a major pain, and Mufasa kind of got annoyed with him, even as a baby. Zazu pointed a feathered wing at Mufasa, then turned to his father.
'He tried to eat you! Eat him!*the bird chanted to his father, unaware that it would be physically impossible. Mufasa growled at the chick. He pounced ontop of it, almost as if it were as small as a butterfly. He caught him between his paws, and Illianu yelled.
'My word! Let Zazu go!' The bird hit at Mufasa in vain with his wing. Mufasa looked at Illianu, and his eyes grew devilishly michevious. He grabbed the bird in his mouth, his mouth bulging with the bulk weight of the bird. He quickly spit him out however, and then heard..'Mufasa?' from the King..Mufasa turned, and smiled guilty at his father. He would win..on day..

Morning on the savannah. The sun, a fiercely burning ball of fire, rose over the horizon, spreading its warm, life-giving rays over the plain. And also spreading themselves over Sarabi's eyes. She scrunched up her face and shook her head, blinking blearily. "Gah...mornings," she grumbled softly, shaking her head as she hauled herself to her feet. Or attempted to...out of nowhere a form had leapt and sent them both crashing to the ground. "Umph!" Sarabi grunted, scrabbling at the ground to try to get out from under whoever or whatever this was. "Who are you, and what do you think you're doing?"
The other lion gave her a dashing grin. "My name...is Mufasa."
"Riiiiight." Sarabi rolled her eyes. "Anyways, would you please let me up?"
"Not until you tell me your name." The male tugged on her ear, eliciting a soft growl from Sarabi.
"Fine, fine...I'm Sarabi. Now, Mufasa, would you please let me up?"
"Okay." With a charming smile, Mufasa stood up and bowed before taking a couple of steps backwards and then sitting down. "I simply wished to bid you good morning."
Sarabi's eyebrows rose. Oooooookay...this was an odd fellow. Very polite, but very odd. "Well then...good morning." Twitching her tail, she waited to see how he would respond.
"Good morning!" Mufasa said cheerily, crouching as if to pounce again.
Sarabi flattened her ears and her tail's twitching increased in speed. "Ahem. I don't think so. There's birds, mice, and rowdier cubs to do that to. As for me, I happened to be asleep."
The male cub appeared crestfallen for a moment. "Oh...I should let you sleep then..." Then he perked up. "But I'll see you again right?"
"Sure, why not..." With a grunt, Sarabi rolled over to attempt sleep once more as Mufasa padded off.

Me try for the Mufasa event. XD
Mufasa had finally managed to sneak off from his overprotective parents. What a couple of scaredy lions! he thought, and laughed to himself. The cub had barely had time to catch his breath, when he noticed a rather large elephant.
Perfect.. he thought, and quickly dodged behind the tall grass, grinning to himself. What a great opportunity to show off his roar! Sinking low to the ground, he stalked towards the towering beast, before giving off a rather loud 'RAOWR!'.
Well, this certainly didn't startle the elephant. In fact, it seemed to rumble with laughter! "HEY!" Mufasa yelled, and glared at the elephant. Dumb animal didn't know any better. "You shouldn't laugh at a lion like that! I oughta pull your tail!" Wait. Pull his tail... perfect!
Mufasa scrambled behind the elephant, getting into a leaping position. Springing into the air, his paws latched onto the tail, which was pulled hard. The elephant was caught by surprise and trumpeted loudly! It began charging through the tall grass, while the cub was holding on for dear life. He couldn't help but laugh a bit through the whole ordeal.
After a good 5 minutes, he was suddenly whipped off the elephant, and flopped into the grass. Sitting up slowly, he rubbed his head and watched the gray mammal charge off. Thankfully, it was after the elephant was a good distance away that his mother and father sped over. "Mufasa, where have you been?! And what happened?" his mother asked.
Mufasa simply grinned and said, "Nothin'."
