Kata sat down. Kataio talking quietly, "Well I am not use against the snakes but I have fought the rades before hand to hand, very vicious and easily enraged. Or at least the lacky types I lured away from camp."
Zahar smiles at G_E and holds out her hands letting her eyes do the asking for her. After recieving the drink she nods her head in a thank you, and starts to sip at the water.

G_E smiled back at the masque girls and listened to Chae and Kata talk.
"The snakes are going to be a walk in the park but the rade... They're a different story... We should probably do something to disguise or scent, so we have a chance at actually getting near the ruins before they know we're coming."
Nika leaned back against a tree, drinking the bottle of water and listening to the others talk.
'We could cover ourselves in mud... that would hide our smell.' he suggested looking pointedly at the others.
"Mud?" G_E looked from Nika to everyone else, "What do you guys say to covering ourselves in mud? To hide our scent? Nika's idea..."

Shiva got to her feet before much longer and yanked at Chae's hand gently. *We shouldn't stay here long.* she admonished. *We should be quick and get in and out as soon as possible.*
"I think that's what we're trying to figure out how to do, Shi." she answered, but got to her feet. Smiling at Nika and Zahar she shrugged. "Time to go, I guess."

'Mud? You cannot be serious. I would rather have them smell me.' Zahar stood as well handing the half empty bottle back to G_E.
Kataio smiles and shakes her head. "Mud or no mud, you guys decide. Zahar an dI don't mind either way." She gives the little girl a crooked smile.

The mud may mask our scent, but will not hide us from view. Shiva asserted. We cannot go through the front, and one of our number will not go through the other entrance. That leaves us in a dilemma. We have to move quickly now that we are so close to them. To delay further risks being discovered and we cannot afford that if we are to succeed. Her tone was perhaps a bit worried, but her voice remained quiet. So quiet that the others had to pay strict attention to hear her properly. It was a trick she learned to make sure she was listened to.
Chae waited until the other Masque's had passed along what Shiva had said and then added her own thoughts to the mix.
Chaeval says that to try to get in through the front is too dangerous. I agree. She says that since we have not come up with another option, she would vote to go down the other entrance and risk the serpents. The mud, would not be needed in that case, I don't think. But perhaps we need to inform one another of what it is we can do. Shiva looked back at her guardian for a moment, then added even more softly. I...have an effect on emotions. If they are strong, they will become moreso around me. That might be useful as a decoy, should we encounter some enemy. If the Rade become angered at us, that anger could be teased into blind fury. They might follow me without calculation, allowing you all time to continue on. I can also teleport...but not well or with much distance. The wings...are not useful for much at this stage.

Zahar didn't much like the idea of letting the others know what her powers were, for there was weakness in knowing a persons strengths. Zahar took a deep breath in and said quietly. 'I can create a small light and a flash to blind enimies, though I am not to gran at either ability at this moment.'

Shiva nodded agreement. I do not think that any of us can claim satisfaction with our mastery levels right now. Still they would have to do. We may need to split up in to teams. As much as Chaeval is shaking her head at that thought right now.
Chae was indeed doing so, but the voice in her mid brought her up sharp and she stopped.

Kata looked at Shiva after Zahar had relayed the message. "I really don't like that idea either Shiva. What makes you think splitting up will be a good plan?"

smaller groups can move quicker.she explained. Also, it splits the opposition and allows one group the ability to find the item, while the other team draws off the danger

Nika nodded, listening quietly and at the same time telling Gee what he was hearing.
'When you put it that way splitting up makes sense... but what if the group that did the splitting gets into too much trouble while the other group is looking for the jewel?'
'If we stick together, there's a better chance of all of us staying alive.'

She shook her head. There is risk either way we try this. But staying in a group makes us a larger target too. We just have to trust each other that they can handle themselves, or be able to escape. Otherwise, we came all this way for no reason. It's apparent that we cannot infiltrate the Rade caverns unnoticed AND all together. Unless you think there is a way we can get in otherwise?

Nika paused to think a moment. She had a good point. Actually, the more he thought about it... the more it made sense.
'Alright then... which group goes in to find the item and which group creates a diversion? What should the groups be? There's six of us... so three to a group?'

Zahar looked around. 'Another good question is should all the masks be together or mixed groups?'
"You cannot think that I would leave you to go out there on your own. Well with the others but still... with out a gaurdian. Which enterance are we going to use? The front, ship like before, or look for another entrence?"

G_E smiled at Chae, "A ship crashed into the ruins and created an entrance. Maybe, we should send one group through there and the other to find another entrance?"
'I think there should be atleast one gaurdian in each group. So It'll be two children and one gaurdian and then two guardians and one child.'
