Rico said calmly, he was tired of the bullshit of each captain of squad 11 thinking they're the strongest, but however, Rico is not one to change tradition, but if it comes to that, he maight just have to alter something. He looked to the others. "You know what, because of all of you, I'll have to cancle this mission and appologise to my grandfather. I'm sure by now, he's not going to allow us to stay as captains if this is how you are presenting yourselves. Dismissed." Rico said to them, he then motioned for his grandfather to join him in the next room. Fang stayed behind. ~"Well, I hope you're all happy. Rico is in there apologising for all ofyour misconduct. Can't you see he's trying his best to allow this new generation happen. Well, now I'm guessing he can't prove that you selected captains are worhty of the title. If you love this place as much as you say you do, prove it. Oh, and once again, I hope you're happy with yourselves and how badly you made Rico embarased, who of all people faought to get you all in these possitions. He cares about you guys, all of you. Well, I'll let you choose weather or not you're greatful for his deed or not. Topsh, I'm sorry you had to see your father upset."~ Fang said, she then turned to join Rico and Yammamoto in the other room, as a tear from her eye hit the floor. The room was silent again.
Back in the other room, Rico finished his apologies and awaited his punishment for this clearly foolish mistake. "I thought they had what it takes, I guess I was wrong. You may revoke me of my ties to the Soul Society." Rico said to Yammamoto. The room was silent and Rico awaited the verdict of his grandfather. What had happened between all of the captains present was clearly uncalled for, but it happened anyway. "If I knew they were going to repay my kindness with actions like they did, then that clearly proves I'm not fit for the job." Rico added, he still waited for Yammamoto's call, but he sat in silence looking at the young captain, or soon to be ex-captain.

The silence was broken by the knock on the door and Rico answered it. AT the door was the new captain of squad 5, Kikyo. "Could I help you?" Rico asked as he motioned for her to enter and take a seat. Yammamoto then spoke,"Rico, my boy, don't beat yourself over what happened out there, it wasn't your fault. If the subject of Aizen wasn't brought up, then that arguement would never have happened. Besides, the tensions between the captains of the squads have always been there since Aizen betrayed us all those years ago. I understand that you want to restore the Soul Society, which is why I'm allowing you to stay the captain of squad one and head of the society. This place needs some new, young blood. Besides, you're my great tothe tenth grandson. It was inevitable that you'd inherit the Soul Society." he said, he smiled behind his massive beard and gave Rico a pat on the shoulder. "You keep trying to restore this place to the best of your abilities. I trust that you will always be here to honor and defendthe old ways, and perhaps add a few newer ones. Remember what the insignia for the First squad stands for, and I want you to protect it. Can I count on you to do that?" He added. Rico was overwhelmed, but when he answered, he was sure of it. " Yes, grandfather, I shall do just that. Fang, I want you to use your telekinesis to inform the other captains of a newer meeting after three days from now." he said, with joy in his voice. Fang nodded and sent out the announcement, and ensured it rang in their ears. ~"I hope they don't get into another argument again. If Kenpatchi wasn't so headstrong and pulled his head out of his a**, this probably wouldn't have happened."~ she said. Rico then used telekinesis to speak to her silently. ~"Don't worry about him, all of the Kenpatchies are like that. Trust me, we were once in squad 11, don't forget."~ he told her. Fang nodded and then they turned to Kikyo. "So, what was it that you wanted to ask me?"

She bows deeply to Rico and Head Captain Yamamoto. "Excuse me, but i heard you yelling at the captains, and....well, i wasn't aware if i was to blame as well....and....if it was okay with you....i was going to ask if i could make you dinner sometime....because i don't like my superiors to be upset, if there's something i can do to help...." She looks down, hugging her tails.
