"my last fight was satisfying, and I'd like another, tread carefully, I am a pureblood you know." he said with a swagger.

 Lyon glanced over at Lucas for a moment. "Not right now." he said in a flat, dry tone before his eyes locked back onto Nicholas. The memory ran through his mind of the time where he killed the hunters. And how his justification for slaughtering them was much greater than him being attacked for no reason. They shot at his sister. It was an unforgivable crime that demanded their deaths. But Lyon didn' say any of this. He just simply answered, "No. I didn't killl them because of those reasons."

Lyon didn't play attention much to Lucas or Yuuki. His eyes narrowed at Nicholas as he made his commentary on the situations of the hunters and vampires. There was some truth behind his words. But Lyon had another thoughts. "We have a council. We have a government. Some vampires are cruel, murderous, and destructive, that is true. But it is our affair to take care of it ourselves. We are capable enough send our own kind to enact justice. Like how a country will extradite a criminal back home to enact its own punishment. You hunters were created to interfere and disrupt that. You take it into your own hands to kill vampires you deem worthy of punishment. And in many of your branches, your higher ups are corrupt even to kill those who don't deserve it." Lyon said in a cold and harsh tone.

Ayako thought the conversation was getting to deep and to her it didn't even seem like Nicholas was trying to be gentle in his explanations. Ayako walked over there and looked at Nicholas. "Hey don't talk to him like that! Not all vampire are bad and some don't have much temptations to drink human blood!" Ayako knew that every vampire could be dangerous if they wanted but they could also be kind and good if they wanted. Ayako seemed a little angry but not furious as she spoke. Even though Ayako only got close to one vampire in her life it was enough to make her see that their not all bad.

Lyon's cold, stony glare at Nicholas intensified yet he didn't show any open emotion. "You forget I'm a Pureblood. I am a member of the Council. We are not corrupt for the simply reason that we do not have anything to gain by being "corrupt". We have immortality, riches, and power. What more do we want? Your Organization's leaders have much more personal gain by being corrupt than us." Lyon spat back in a matter-of-factly tone. "Besides. If you know President Kuran, you'll know he stands for no kind of indecency or corruption on the Council." But even after all that, Leon wasn't finished with his retaliation. "And you are a damned fool for believing that your side stands to protect the weak like heroes. No. You hunters exist...because you humans fear us. You revile us. You despise us vampires to the point that you want to kill us all. But you don't. Because you can't. Those are your origins. You hunters are humans borne in fear, hatred, and distrust. And every opportunity you get to kill a vampire that can be swept under a mat to prevent all out war, I know you humans will take." he finished in an icy tone, yet keeping his composure steady the entire time.

He would turn and blink a bit wondering why she said that but then shook his head and then turned back to Lyon and said, "Whatever you say though I could see one thing that you could get corrupt for. Blood. You may be immortal through physical means but all of you vampires need one thing to help you live and that one thing is blood. We vampire hunters no longer fear you. Ordinary humans feared you because you all needed blood to survive attacking humans for no reason other than to suck their blood so you could live longer and then leaving the human to turn into a D-Level and eventually an E-Level vampire. And that is a biased view though you could say I also have a biased view. You could say the same about you vampires. Every chance you can get to get rid of a hunter without anyone realizing it you would take.". He then took out of his pocket his anti-vampire pistol and said, "Here's a brief history lesson I learnt from my parents on the origins of Vampire Hunters. We were created by you vampires while being given the mission to kill all vampires who believe they were unkillable which in my view is the main cause for some vampires going rogue and attacking humans. The very first anti-vampire weapons were created from a vampire throwing his or her heart into a fire which somehow created the first anti-vampire weapons. All in all it's your own faults for creating us in the first place so in all entirety your statement on us being born of fear, hatred, and distrust is all a stereotypical thought. We were created by you to kill all you who think they are immortal and unkillable.", He would then place his pistol back into his pocket. Ayako for a while Ayako stayed silent not knowin what to say but then she had a thought. She looked at Nicholas, she was angry but she had a serious expression surprisingly."Well if you dislike vampires so much why bother coming to this academy? The whole point of being here is so that vampires and humans and learn to PEACEFULLY coexist, but it doesn't seem like you're interested in that at all!"Ayako thought Nicholas reminded her of a few vampire hunters that tried to recruit her, which is also why so got so easily angered with him.
