@ Azura: The thing is, thanks to the row with Jace I have in Cross's storyline, he's lost a lot of the spells he had. His blue can only do flying and invisibility right now and his white is reduced to healing and erecting shields. The only thing still full powered is his red spells, since he learned them from his mother, who was a pit fighter in the Cult of Rakdos.
And for Chris, yes, if he copied, say, Lloyd and Zelos at 50%, his Sonic Thrust and Super Sonic Thrust would be at 100%, but his Tempest would still only be 50%, etc.

Ideas for artes aren't coming to me right now >.> I'm guessing insanely fast 1/2 swordplay and maybe fire?... EDIT: I forget, does he have his own "roll"? He could totally have a Dude Roll. Hey, you could adapt the classic commands into artes, like this: Aggrieve- He charges and jumps at the target, performing a series of acrobatic strikes. Good for approaching the enemy. Abjure- He stands in place and intercepts incoming attacks and magic with his weapon. This arte is very good for setting up counterattacks. Abscond- He defensively swings his weapon and does a backflip to distance himself from the enemy. Good for escaping would-be combos. @Jak: So he's kind of both, but not really! The plot thickens! Interesting.

He could do the old slash and shoot fire thing. I now have Karkat and Terezi's themes stuck in my head, thanks to this reminding me of Homestuck, resulting in my looking up the Midnight Crew song, resulting in my seeing those themes, reminding me of that sprited flash segment in the troll's base. Now we need a troll...
