He watched the anxious exit of Kio, blinking at his method of leaving a trail for them to follow. If they wanted to follow him, they could just follow his energy to the source.... To each their own though. He nodded at Jin's statement of being worried for him, he hoped he was alright. Though at the team running announcement, he blinked at the line up. Isn't Razeredge Execution ShiShi's team? he asked. Well, it looked like Jin was most likely to get his wish.And I want a moment to be real,

With his sparring partner gone, the vivacious wind master found his hands empty and itching for action. Touya warily shifted under the other's predacious gaze, biting back a growl that threatened to slip through his teeth. Before the scene had a chance to unfold, the team announcement rang throughout the complex. "Settles that question~" he noted. Team Razoredge, hm? Well, isn't that convenient? He nodded in response to Kiyoshi's question, a malignant glint in his eye. Touya could only pray that they didn't square off in battle. As much as he'd love to wring Shishi's neck, he'd never be able to face Kara should he 'accidentally' kill the imp.

 Jin was about ready to pounce on his next chosen victim, Kiyoshi, when suddenly a message rang through the halls, and into the room, causing his pointed ears to perk up and twitch. As his team name was called, followed by their first round opponents name, Jin began to grin, his eyes seeming to light up. Razoredge Execution was ShiShi's team! The instant the voice faded away, Jin fell into a fit of laughter, reaching up to to hold his stomach. Could his day get any better?!
After catching his breath, The red head clenched his hands into fists in front of his face, as he bowed his head, a determined look crossing his face. "Could m'day get any better?! Heheh... I think not!" Jin chimed, letting out a small cry of delight as he threw his fists in the air, showing how happy he was at the good news. "Not only did I make some new friends... made some good memories. But I also have the winnin' team o' this here tourney, standin' a'side me... oh! Another good thing! I got a heavy weight off m'shoulders, that seemed to be weighin' me down fer a while. Not goin' ta tell ya how long though..." The wind master replied, shifting his eyes around, a bashful smile coming to his face. "But I think one o'the best things tha' happened ta me today... Was that I got Touya fer m'self~ isn't tha' right Touya?" Jin paused, flashing his boyfriend a wink and a playful smile, before continuing. "An' if tha' wasn't enough... ta put the cherry on the cake... we get ta face ShiShi in the first match?! Oh... I can't wait! What an amazin' day this is turning out ta be~ I couldn't ask fer anythin' better!" With his excitement dying down, the wind master let out a soft sigh of contentment as he began to float lazily in the air, laying down and folding his arms behind his head, a content smile on his face. "I hope a'hm not dreamin'..." Jin murmured softly to himself, settling down on the bed between his two teammates. Casually, Jin rocked his head back and forth, taking a moment to glance at them, a cheery smile on his face. "I dun know about ya guys... But a'hm pretty happy right now~" without giving any notice, Jin sprang up from his laying position, throwing an arm around each of them, and pulled his companions into him. "we're goin' ta do well tomorrow. An' wha' I want from the two o'ya is ta give it yer all, okay? Le's show the world how awesome Team Shadow Channelers can be!" The red head declared, a big toothy smile on his face.

(Well it looks like we will have time to have Kara's talk after all. And get some sleep besides. With the missing members, there should be plenty of time for Kara to talk about the dragon's emotional bond, and we should be able to get any resulting discussions out of the way, AND get some sleep as well.
Also, Banchan, you need to send Amena-san the stats for each attack of Rinku's at least so she can put it up, since he is going up in the battles and your opponents will need to know how much damage he is dealing with each one, and what the you need to roll on the 10 sided die in order to hit or miss. If you want my help typing it up, contact me on AIM.
She also says that battles shouldnt start for another day or two, so you have time to get them to her)

When he got a nod and a giggle fit from Jin, he shook his head gently in an exasperated manner. Yes, ShiShi is a huge screw up and probably deserves some kind of punishment, but that should've been up to Kara. Ah well, if anything drastic happened he'd help if he could. He listened to Jin's words, agreeing completely. It was a great day, even if he was nervous about tomorrow, he would do his best. For his new friends and for his team. He laughed happily when he was pulled into a group hug with Touya, nuzzling his chest as a rumbling occurred in his chest. Certainly, no sound emerged, but he still had the instinct to purr when extremely happy.And I want a moment to be real,

He looked on with a smidgen of amusement, offering a placid, "Mmhm~" in response to Jin's fervent raving. The redhead soon settled between the two, a lull in his vigor- Which certainly didn't last long as a brawny arm shot around him. Touya elicited a disgruntled "Mmph!" as he found himself reeled into a group hug. The blunette made no notion to move, merely blinking in apathy as his cheek squished against his partner's broad chest. "Yes. Let's." followed his muffled, vapid reply.

Jin let out a small laugh, giving the two captives a tighter squeeze. At the affectionate gesture from Kiyoshi, the wind master's eyes seemed to light up, loving the little display. It was good to know he wasn't the only one that liked to show his affections so openly! "ah Kiyoshi... Ya know, I really did learn somethin' from ya. Ya may be a man o'few words... But yer actions are wha' do all the talkin'. Heehee... I love ya already!" Jin chimed, rubbing at Kiyoshi's arm, returning the affectionate gesture. He then looked down to Touya, letting out a giggle, he looked so cute snuggled up like that. "Wha's the matter Touya~? Dun like bein' so close to me?" Jin asked, giving a small tilt of his head. "Well get used ta it! A'cause a'hm havin' a great time, smotherin' the two o'ya like this." Giving the two one more tight squeeze, Jin released his teammates from his grip, his hands falling onto the bed as he leaned back, a smile on his face, taking on a calm composure. "So... Back ta earlier... dun think I forgot about it jus' yet! Now... which o'the two o'ya wants ta play with me? A'hm full o'energy! An' have tons ta burn!" The wind demon replied, shifting his blue eyes about, a playful glint in his eyes. And then, a sudden realization dawned on him, causing him to let out a gasp before reaching into his pocket. Now where had they gone...? Jin looked down towards his lap, letting out a small grunt as he pulled his hand out of his pocket, coming up with nothing, and with a sigh, reached into his other pocket. "Le's see... oh! Kiyoshi~ lookie at wha' I got!" With a victorious cry, Jin pulled out his little pouch of marbles, holding them in the air in front of Kiyoshi. "Ta-da~ marbles! Hmm... 'Ey Kiyoshi... Do ya like marbles?" The red head innocently inquired, reaching into the slit of the pouch, opening it up with his index finger.

Kiyoshi smiled brightly at Jin's words, glad he was understood so easily despite his earlier worries. Now, only to get them fluent in his 'kiyoshi speak'. When released, he righted his position and began to kick his feet back and forth to give himself something to do. When asked who wanted to play, he perked a bit. Even if it was wrestling, which he would probably fail horribly at, he wasn't tired and was up for a game or two before nest time. When he began to look into his pockets, he cocked his head to side in curiosity. What was Jin up to? It was then that he revealed the white silk pouch that had been given to him earlier and held 'marbles'. When asked if he liked them, he shrugged and wrote a question mark in the air. Sure, he was definitely curious, but he'd never heard of marbles and fetch and a couple other things before he left the nesting grounds.And I want a moment to be real,

 ~ Kara the Fire Dragon ~ (8:45pm. Still outside of the team room) Kara looked up at Shishi with a huge blush, and leaned up to kiss him. "I think I may have found my lifemate as well."Then, all too soon, they were at the team room, and Kara paused, listening. It seemed quiet enough, and she quietly opened the door. It seemed Jin was enticing Kiyoshi with his treasures, his marbles, and she felt a bit of a shock seeing Jin being so open with them. He usually was very secretive about those round glass balls of his. Especially the few that she had made for him using her glass skills. She paused in the doorway and leaned up to kiss Shishi again, "Thank you for walking me back, love. I had a wonderful time." The words were also a way of establishing her mood and situation to all who would challenge him. Not only had Shishi NOT abandoned her to walk back on her own, she was happy with his presence, and would not tolerate any squabbles while he was there.

The pair having preoccupied themselves with Jin's trinkets, Touya scooted towards the headboard and nestled into the pillows. It had been a rather long day- To think this was only the beginning. He closed his eyes in mild content, only to snap them back open upon hearing the doorknob click. It was pushed ajar to reveal none other than Shishi and Kara, the latter buttering up the moment with -what he hoped- were parting words. Irked, the ice demon promptly rolled over to ignore the doting couple.

Jin seemed to blink, a confused look on his face as Kiyoshi made a question mark in the air. He's never heard of marbles?! "Ya never heard o'marbles?! Yer crazy! Marbles are m'favorite toys! These are real special ta me. Touya an' Gama gave 'em ta me as a surprise gift one day. I loved 'em ever since." Jin replied, reaching into the bag and pulling a couple out. "these are marbles. Heehee... An' lookie which one I pulled out!" Using his free hand, he took hold of Kiyoshi's hand and pulled it forward, and hovered his hand over Kiyoshi's before turning it his hand upside down dropping all but one marble for the water dragon to inspect closely. Grinning from ear to ear he held up a blue and white marble inbetween his index and middle finger. "This is m'favorite marble! It makes me think o' a pleasant day, in the skies. It's really pretty! See?" Jin chimed, moving his hand forward showing off his favorite marble, a proud look on his face.
As Touya fell back on the bed, Jin stopped, feeling the sudden movement on the bed, blinking twice, was Touya tired or something? "Aww! Poor Touya is tired~ Do ya want me ta join ya?" The red head chimed, getting ready to fall back on the bed to join his lover that is... until the sound of the door opening caught his attention. Blue eyes shifted over towards the doorway, watching as the newly developed couple lingered in the doorway, saying their 'goodnights' to one another. Jin began to scowl, his good mood starting to deflate at the sight of them. "You're very welcome Kara. It was good seeing you, and spending that time with you. Have a good night." With that being said, the couple shared a kiss goodnight before walking off heading towards his team room. Jin let out a disgusted noise, turning back to face Kiyoshi. "So! Whatcha think o'm'marbles Kiyoshi? Heehee... Ya should feel special. I dun let anyone touch 'em. They mean too much fer me ta lose 'em. Ya know?" The red head responded suddenly, a cheery smile on his face as he tried to push his growing foul mood to the side, at least for now.

He listens to Jin, feeling a little embarrassed about not knowing what marbles were. But, luckily it wasn't enough to show up in his tattoos. When Jin took out a few, he looked at the round little balls, they were like pretty stones, only see-through! When his hand was grabbed and a few marbles were placed into his palm, he inspected each one with a curious and excited gaze. They are so pretty! He liked Jin's favorite as well, it really did remind him of a clear day.
Soon, it appeared that the happy mood was crashed with the return of Kara. He gave a little snort at the slightly more hostile atmosphere, understanding but a little put out at the same time. But, he did his best to ignore it just like Jin was doing as he once again as he told him he was special because not a lot of people were allowed to touch them. He nodded in understanding, he had a really pretty rock in his sack no one else was allowed to touch. But, he felt he had to return the favor. So, carefully putting the marbles into Jin's hand, he went over to where he set his bag down. He opened it and began to search, not in a desperate manner, he knew exactly where it was. When he found it, he nodded and carefully took it out of his bag. He walked back over to Jin's side and he placed the rock in Jin's lap before returning to his bag for the coolest rock he had ever found. He pulled it out of his bag, it being a little crystal locked in stone except for one exposed side which revealed the pure blue within. He walked back over to his side, motioning to Kara to turn off the light. He wanted to show them why the rock was so cool!And I want a moment to be real,

~ Kara the Fire Dragon ~ Kara smiled after Shishi, then turned her attention to both Jin and Touya, both of whom had made thier disapproval clear. She wasnt a fool, and knew neither liked Shishi spending time with her, but now she was going to put her taloned foot down on her views. First however, she walked over to her bed, and carefully placed the bouquet on the pillow, then from behind the screen changed into a soft night shirt and pajama bottoms. No need to wreck her favorite kimono in the ensuing argument. Then, prepared for the hostile views, she came around the screen again and carefully sat on the edge of the bed, facing the three of them How to start though? "I told you both that I wasnt being completely honest with you about my feelings for Shishi, back at the mansion's gardens. I told you both that it had to do with a dragon thing that was our greatest weakness and our greatest strength, and that most would call us crazy or try to exploit it. Didnt I?"She paused to let them remember, and continued. "The reason I was so distraught about Shishi leaving, is this: Dragon kind form very strong emotional bonds with others. You two, Jin and Touya, are one for the few whom I have formed my strongest bonds with. We are devotedly loyal to those who are at that kind of bond, and have a level of trust with them like no other. Our emotional bonds are our greatest strength, as we can draw our power from the support of the ones we share the bond with, and it can be, and often is, our greatest weakness. I formed a very strong bond with Shishi when he first pulled me out of my crushing loneliness and brought me along to meet the group. He was the first to see past my species and to me, instead. You and Rinku, Jin, were soon doing the same, but he was the first." She paused for a moment, and continued "Now, our strong bonds are our weakness because we are so loyal and devoted to the others who share the bond. Hurt them, and we hurt too. They leave, and we are lost if we dont have someone else who we have bonds with.We are possessive of those we call friends, as well. What I told neither of you, is that from the very first Shishi was MINE" The word was laden with fierce possessiveness that was typical of dragon kind. He had been hers in the way a dragon would covet something it held dear to it. The most treasured treasure. The possessiveness didnt stretch to keeping him away from others, but she still felt strongly about him all the same. "He was my first friend, the one who brought me to you, and the one to keep me from leaving when doubts about my safety to others got too much for me to bear. When he left, I felt a part of me was missing, because the bond was so strong. I couldnt stand hering you belittle MY friend each time his name was brought up, so I never told you. What was the use, if none of you had, to my knowledge, felt like you were split in two and having no idea where your other half was, or how to get it back?"She lowered her head to stare at them evenly, not in submission, but in defiance, as she spoke the last words "And now he is back, and I feel complete again after two long years. He is MY boyfriend, and MY life-mate, and if anyone ha a problem with my finally feeling like a chunk of me is no longer missing, they can take it up with me, because I am sick and tired of my bond with Shishi being attacked just because he left in ignorance of how strongly dragon bonds effect my kind. and I swear, if either of you nearly kill him, not even our friendship can save you." The last words were on a growl. Lifemate. The strongest bond ever. Also known as a soul mate, and not something to be talked about lightly. But she knew. She knew it was a life-bond, and that Shishi was hers, forever. If Shishi died, she would more than likely turn the stadium into a pit of hell, taking any and all responsible with her to a fiery death. The death toll would be enormous, and it would end with her death, as no life mate could live without their other half. She was distracted from her threat, however, by Kiyoshi, and looked at him and the stone in interest and padding off to turn off the light. As soon as she did she went back to her perch and resumed her defensive stance. She wanted Jin to chalenge her on this, for some reason. Perhaps she needed another way to vent her frustration at the situation and find a way to pound it into his skull that she wouldnt tolerate this attitude of his

From his position on the bed, he could see Kara make her way over to the trio and settle upon the edge of the mattress. It was clear she had something to disclose with the team. He shifted his reclining form to sit upright and attentive as the dragon spoke. He heard her out down to the very last threat, his piercing eyes narrowing to slits as she growled her final statement.
Bite your tongue, Touya. Bite your tongue.
His teeth parted way.
"Do keep in mind that you weren't the only one betrayed, here." came his bitter retort. "Shishi left all of us in the dust." He leaned forward, hands tightly clasped in his lap. "But, now that you've enlightened us, I suppose it would make sense as to why you would feel so strongly for him, even after the torture he inadvertently put you through. I will not get in the way of your relationship. I will respect your wishes," he straightened his back, head held high in equal defiance, "But that does not mean I have to like it." he frigidly stated. "You may have whole-heartedly accepted him back into your life within a matter of a day, but it's going to take a HELL of a lot longer for him to redeem himself to me." By this point, a rather unpleasant draft had clouded the area as the ice master's pent up anger and frustrations spilled forth. He unconsciously dug his nails into the palm of his hand, knuckles white. A deep inhale, and the cold seeped back into its culprit. A deep exhale, and Touya's reposeful temperament resurfaced. "I'm sorry." It was a soft, barely audible apology. For what, exactly? He wasn't certain, but he felt obliged to, regardless.
