(I gues I'm coming in, I have been out of this one mostly to see how you guys would go in direction and its great, especially Leo and being in radus, I'm not sure I just have this feeling of joy, because of the radus group.Oh and yes I'm going to start with Neo-Blade how I start everyone)
Neo-Blade stood on the building. He hadn't been to togo in years, around 3. He came back because he missed his hometown. But it was different more savage. He had heard that the legendary hero moon knight had vanish and possibly died in the city. He remembered his first mission was in the city. Then he moved to tangent tropolis. But now he was back. He had heard that he was joked about no one cared about the once feared mercenary. And that the mafia mercenary group Radus had came and tok the town over.
Radus, This group interest me, it took the town over, made it its mine and extracted so much gold its crazy. I doin't know to join the group and control the group, or to take it down and make my own, or just simply be an aquatince, a come and go mercenary. I'm not sure, but it is going to make my comeback interesting.
He walked up and down the roof of the building. He needed a comeback, some way for people to know he was back, for them to be afraid.
(yes there are several refrences to Epic Heroes, sorry just thats my character and it would be cool to cross guilds.)

(Sorry! The last few days have been crazy at my house with thanksgiving prep and my sister being sick! I didn't mean to hold up the RP!)
"Right." Purple nodded, trying her best to act calm though she felt she was in over her head. She made a face. "Why, what would electronics do if we brought them?" She asked while removing the micro radio from her collar. She hoped her almost useless electrical powers weren't going to interfere with the mission.

Neo-Blade got done with the wires on the top of the building, and then hit the switch. The little timer he put on the box started ticking down from 10. Neo-Blade got up and positioned himself infornt of a apartment window, this way he could see theTV. How he set it up the message would go to every,but he wanted to see how it was for himself.
Then the timer went off and he could see the Tv blank to a black screen. Then it showed a knife flying in slow motion. It was going till it got to the head of a guy. Then it flashed the words I'm Back and then went to a fuzzy screen.
The guy he was watching looked puzzle. Neo-blade wasn't sure of the effect of it till after a minute heard some sirens.
"Perfect."
