Xaix smiled at her reassuringly. "It's not all bad being a vampire. I mean, your a lot older than me aren't you? If it weren't for your vampire genes, we might never have met."
He thought about her question about where his parents were and bit his lip. "It's...hard to say. I haven't seen my father in about six years or so now. Knowing him, he'd never be in the same place for longer than a month, so he could be anywhere by now..." Xaix's thoughts cut him off for a moment. "That is, if he's still alive..." He looked back at Tasusa and gave a small smile. "And my mother...well she...she disappeared when I was about two years old. My dad told me she just vanished one day and he hasn't stopped looking since, which probably explains why he's always moving."

Tasusa held Xaix's hand and smiled at him. "By your smile I can tell you really don't know if your dad is still alive, but don't worry. If he's like you then it is most likely that he's still alive so don't worry, but as for your mother...I'm sure she's still somewhere alive." she said as she kissed Xaix on the cheek. "I have an idea but...I doubt you'll want to hear it. It's very silly." she said with an embarassed smile.

Xaix smiled a 'thank-you' at her. He then tilted his head slightly. "What's your idea?" He asked curiously.

"Well...um...you know how Melody is a siren that has really good connections right? And Mr. Yamamoto is the demon king, and well...I have some family memember that know a lot of people...so I was thinking, why not ask them to help search for your parents? Melody is our friend and Mr. Yamamoto is very nice, and I undoubtly will help you. I'm sure that if we ask them nicely they'll help you find them too. So what do you say?" she said as she looked down shyly and played with her fingers.

Xaix smiled lovingly at her and hugged her. "That's a great idea, although I don't really feel right about asking them to do something as difficult as tracking a rogue werewolf and a seraph who vanished almost fifteen years ago just for my sake. In any case, regardless of whether we do carry this out or not, thank you so much Tasusa." He said, kissing her on the cheek afterwards.

Tasusa smiled at Xaix and hugged him back tightly. "No need to thank me for such a thing. I love you and you know I'll do anything for you." she said as she looked at him and kissed him on the lips.

Tasusa gasped just to make the moment more dramatic. "How can you not know?! It's the most important day for us vampires! Halloween!" she said excitedly.

Xaix rubbed the back of his head, blushing slightly out of embarassment. "Halloween? That's tomorrow?" He said, completely forgetting what day it was. "So it's the most important day for vampires...how come? I always thought it was just when young kids dress up and stuff."

Tasusa stood up, closed her eyes, and raised her right hand with only the index finger raised. "You see, all of us vampires are born on the same day, and that day is halloween. Now, if I'm not mistaken tomorrow it's the tenth year since the last time I aged. So...tomorrow I'll look like I'm 16! Yay!" she said as she now jumped in excitement. "Oh, and the dressing up thing, is just for fun. I'm gonna dress up tomorrow." she said blushing a little.

Xaix stood up as well and wrapped his arms around her. "Well, I wish I had known that sooner. If I did there would have been enough time to get you a birthday present." He said with a smile.
