Ranae coughed, desperatly clinging to life. She rolled on her stomach and attempted to get on all fours, only to fall back down in the blood soaked snow. She moaned loudly, wimpering as pain overtook her. She hadnt the strength to call for help. Rain began to fall once more and she just lay there motionless, life slipping through her fingers.

Tomoe watched Mkoi run, then shrugged and got comfortable on her treebranch in the forest, singing to herself and nobody else but the trees.
