(O.O GRAMMAR NATZI MODE ACTIVATED! Sorry I was rushng at my last post. But actually the edge doesn't look like a hook it looks like a spear, it's called the hookshot though. >.>)
When Link saw how fast Jatai was despite fatigue, he realized that he would have to think quickly, he gazed at the small amount of remaining light from the setting sun and then he prepared.
Link: "Shoot he's too fast, I got to think of something quickly...I got it!"
Link put the hook shot away as the chain retracted and then he unsheathed the Gilded sword from it's sheath on his back, but this time he grabbed his Mirror shield as well. The ability to reflect light on the shield would be a useful tool for Link to use. As Wuyari came towards Link's left side, Link blocked it with the Mirror shield, when Kanazumé came towards Link, Link struggled to keep it from hitting him with the Gilded sword. Link's right arm moved back slightly, causing the front of Kanazumé to cause a small gash acrossed Link's right cheek, it was minor and was barely open, but Link attempted to use the Gilded shield to reflect light in Jatai's eyes from the remaining light outside to temperarly blind Jatai to cancel the lock up s he could escape. Most likely light in the area would be dim, but it could still work, all Link would need was a split second. Link moved his right hand up enough to get Kanazumé far enough away from his face that it wouldn't go further in.
Link: "I hope your eyes can handle the light from my shield!"

Luckily for Jatai, Wuyari was the blade that hit the Mirror Shield, and the impact allowed Jatai to bring the blade back up. Though the light did shine in his eyes, Wuyari managed to absorb some of the light.
"Urgh! Heh..nice trick."
Jatai looked towards Link with a somewhat blurry vision. Wuyari shined, though not too bright, with the light it had absorbed. Jatai jumped back rapidly rubbing his eyes and blinking while he could. His eyes weren't stimulated much by electrokinesis because of Jatai's low chakra, but it kept his sight from going completely dark despite the glare and the setting sun. With the power he absorbed through Wuyari, he split it between Wuyari and Weinihonto. Both blades radiated with the opposite color they should, Weinihonto shined with light, and Wuyari gave off an ominous aura.
"Go!"
The blades then flew out of Jatai's hands and rushed towards Link, as if acting on their own. Wuyari flew low, aiming for Link's right leg, while Weinihonto went high aiming for the left side of Link's chest.

Link was so tired that he barely had the ability to dodge Jatai's Weinihonto or Wuyari, Link knew that he would only be able to dodge one of them and Link decided to avoid Weinihonto with his Mirror shield. Wuyari made a gash acrossed Link's leg, forcing him to hide the pain from the wound, Link barely could keep himself from feeling the pain from Wuyari's side.
Link: "Well that was impressive, I'm surprised that you had the ability to pull off that technique at the amount of chakra you had left."
Link once again put his Mirror shield on his back and he gripped the Gilded sword in both hands, Link suddenly realized that his shield could be a conductor for him as well as Jatai.
Link: "But two can play at that game!"
Link began to charge any energy that he could get from the sun by reflecting the light from his shield to his sword, Link was only able to gather a small amount of energy from it though. Link looked over to notice that his right leg was bleeding as was the side that had been struck much earlier in the fight. It wasn't heavy bleeding but it was trickling down to the ground.
Link was struggling to keep from passing out from his wounds, he felt dizzy but he kept his focus on Jatai.
Link: "This will finish it!"
Link charged the small amount of energy gained from his shield and then he ran towards Jata with it attempting to strike Jatai across the right side of the top of his chest. The energy was barely visible around Link's sword, the blade could cut Jatai obviously but the solar energy would possibly cause it to burn along the edge of the wound if hit.

Jatai's blurred vision, made it harder for him to react to Link's strike. Seeing a greenish blur rushing at him, Jatai knew to jump back, and that was his immediate reaction when he noticed what was happening. However, he was unable to react fast enough because of his blurred vision and still got cut a little across his chest. At first he didn't even feel the cut, but he noticed a burning sensation from where the injury was. Jatai then clenched the area where his cut was, dropping Kanazumé down from his mouth, which landed parallel to the ground below. Jatai then looked back up, his vision beginning to repair itself. He then moved his arms forward so his palms faced towards Link. He only did this for a second, as he pulled both back towards his side, simultaneously clenching them into fists. As he did this Wuyari and Weinihonto came flying back towards him. Of course, between Jatai and his blades was Link. So now the blades were rushing towards Link's back. Jatai remained silent, so he wouldn't give any warning about Wuyari and Weinihonto which were headed for Link's back.

Wuyari and Weinihonto almost missed there mark because of how Link moved around tiredly, but both of the swords moved and aimed lower then the shield could cover Link's back, both his him at the lower part of his back where it was exposed to damage.
Link: "Uhhh....."
By the time Link even gazed backwards, Weinhonto and Wuyari were in his back, but Link was able to move just enough to keep them from going to deeply into his back or causing any vital organ to be struck from this. Regardless of the wounds not being deep Link had fallen to the ground, it appeared as if Jatai had won the fight for quite awhile. For several minutes only silence filled the atmosphere of the fight between Jatai and Link, Link remained motionless for several minutes before he even moved at all. the first thing that Link did was move his right hand out towards Jatai, and then Link began to crawl towards Jatai with both blades showing from his back.
Link: "Wait....Don't...Don't you dare count me out yet...I'm not going to lose!!"
Link was inches to where Jatai was standing and then he looked up at Jatai, blood moved from Links mouth on the right side of his cheek, blood slowly gushed from his back. Link noticed Kanazumé. With both hands, Link grabbed Kanazumé and then he stabbed it into the ground, Link slowly pulled himself to his feet and then he released his grip on Kanazumé. Link carefully pulled Wuyari and Weinihonto out of his back, luckly the blood wasn't spraying too much from his back either. With Wuyari in Link's right hand, and Weinihonto in his right, Link attempted to stab towards Jatai with each blade aimed towards his arms. In Link's right hand Link aimed Weinihonto towards the middle of Jatai's right arm but it came down closer to his right hand and attempted to stab Weinihonto through it, while in Link's left hand he pushed Wuyari to strike Jatai's left arm but it went down and ended up moving closer to the center of Jatai's left arm. Link's accuracy was much lower with his wounds, the wound that had already been inflicted on his side was burning, as was the wounds that were formed on his back.

Jatai didn't expect Link to even be able to move after both Wuyari and Weinihonto had penetrated his back. Jatai was just looking down, trying to keep from breathing heavily, as he looked down at Link.
"Why?....Why does he keep trying?"
Jatai planted his feet on the ground as he noticed Link pulling himself up with Kanazumé. Then as Link dropped the blade, Jatai just looked at him, expecting him to collapse to the ground again. Instead, he saw Link pull Wuyari and Weinihonto from his back and then aim the swords towards his arms. Jatai moved his left arm up, Wuyari still managing to slice into the end of his arm, blood dripping from the wound. Simultaneously, Jatai moved his right hand, and moved it down the blade of Weinihonto, cutting between his ring and middle fingers. Jatai's hand approached the handle of Weinihonto. Blood dripped down across the palm of Jatai's right and hand and continued to fall into the grass which was darkened by night.
"Why do you continue, after all of this?"
Jatai asked, being tired himself. However, before waiting for Link's answer, Jatai aimed a forward punch with his left hand towards Link's right cheek.

Link dropped the swords as he was knocked back by the punch to his right cheek, which sent him backwards towards the ground behind him. A bright red bruise formed around Link's right cheek but he forced himself to get up on his right knee, Link looked as if he could collapse any second but he refused to stay down.
Link was only seven feet from Jatai, but from the pain it felt as if he was standing miles away.
"Why don't I quit you ask? Heh...really I don't know...But after being around you for so long, it gave me the courage to become stronger myself. With that said I won't lose!!"
Link stood on his left knee as well, and then he forced himself to stand despite his wounds. Link then grabbed a bomb from his bag, it was exactly the same as the one used earlier in the fight, this was the thought that rushed through Link's mind as he flipped the bomb up and down.
"I'll end this with a bang..."
Link smacked the bomb against the ground, causing sparks to ignite the flame on the wick of it. Link placed the bomb on the ground between the middle of both of them, it would go off in only a minute and Link would need to move quickly, with Link's right hand pumped into a fist, he ran towards the left side of Jatai and attempted to punch Jatai's left cheek to turn him into the direction of the bomb which was about to go off. In Link's mind this would result either in his victory or a draw, either way Link wouldn't be able to dodge the bomb's blast in time so he figured to end it with this word,
"Bang!"

Jatai's reaction was slow, his electrokinesis had lost its effect due to his lack of chakra, and he was exhausted, despite not showing it at all. Jatai took Link's punch, his head quickly turning towards the bomb, yet the rest of his body didn't move an inch. Jatai slowly turned his head back towards Link, lacking expression of fear or pain. In fact, he lacked expression all together. He remained silent, blood dripping from his arm and hand. He knew that with his slowed reaction time and speed that he would not escape the blast range of the bomb.
"Courage...and strength huh?"
A suddle wind blew by, while Jatai stood emotionlessly facing towards Link as the bomb exploded, blowing him back. Jatai crashed on the ground, his face facing down at the grass, seemingly unconscious. Slowly, Jatai's head faced up again, showing the same expressionless face that he had before.
"Can't move..."

Link was also blown back by the blast, Link was bleeding and he appeared to be uncontious. But like Jatai, Link couldn't move an inch of his body other then his head. Link slowly moved his head up to look around, it appeared as if Jatai was uncontious to him.
"So both of us are completely exhausted..."
Link was unable to feel the pain on his back, he was that hurt from there fight. Link slowly stared towards Jatai and said,
"It's pretty bad to be...be stuck out here when were this beat up...doesn't the jungle get cold at night?"
Link remained so weakened that he was struggling to keep his head up, and he didn't want to fall asleep after losing the amount of blood that he lost. Link's face showed expression in the satisfaction that he was able to blow Jatai back as well with the bomb. Link tried to smile despite the amount of pain he was in. To Link, the bomb was thought to have been victory enough.
"Got...to..stay awake."

Jatai's eyes, and his eyes alone, moved, looking towards Link. Jatai's right hand began to inch forward and then fell back down to the ground.
"We shouldn't have to...worry about...the cold much. Our injuries are numbing...but they aren't fatal,....we should be able to move in...about 30 minutes or so."
Jatai showed he wasn't just guessing by moving his right hand a little, once more. Jatai's leg rustled in the grass a little as he tried to move it a little also.
"Though I am pretty tired..."
Jatai thought to himself as he struggled to keep consciousness, his eyes slowly beginning to close and then opening wide again. His face still didn't show an expression of pain, struggling, or discomfort.

Link looked up at the sky as a green leaf fell down from a tree above and landed on his forehead, he smiled a little bit because this reminded him of his life before his journey began, Link remembered some of the bad times as well.
Link began to think about the leaf village and the similar design of the forest asside from the absense of the great deku tree, and the village being made entirely out of wood.
"So...Do you remember when I first came here and I was accused of being an Rogue nin? Because you were already kage you would have access to such information. When I was labelled as rouge when you met me why didn't you turn me in?"
Link spoke softly when he said this, Link continued to look up at the sky and he noticed the beautiful leaves that the Uzugakure jungle had to offer.

Jatai looked around a little, noticing the grass dancing to the wind, the leaves hovering from the branches of the trees down to the grassy terrain where the two lay, and the noise of the creatures which remained awake during this time. Jatai then focused on Link as he listened to Link's question. For a second he was silent, as if trying to think back to that time.
"It's hard to say, but perhaps it was intuition. I mean, you were a lot different than most of the shinobi around, and, honestly, it didn't look like you were raised to be fit in this sort of world we live in. I knew you were different, and different doesn't make anyone a rogue."
Jatai then looked up at the night sky, glimmering bright with the stars and a crescent moon.

(How are we going to end this? the battle is over xD)
Link remained silent as he looked up at the stars in the sky
Link forgot that he was hurt when he saw all of the shining stars above him. A large brush of wind blew passed Link as he continued to stare silently at the night sky. Suddenly Link opened his mouth to speak.
"This world is so odd to me still, even though I've been here since I was young in the sense that you don't count when I went back in time years ago and became a kid again. Before started my journey I was issolated from the outside world by a forest on my world. I wouldn't have dreamed of warriors with weapons, or people who can shoot energy of diffrent varieties at others. I didn't even know my purpose untill I left that forest. When I went back in time and became a kid again, I went through alot of trouble and then I ended up here. When I had arrived in Konoha by traveling through time, I felt that I lost that purpose...that is...untill I teamed up along side you."
Link realized that he had aged quite alot since he had entered this world too, he knew that he was nearly an adult again, but this time he would be much stronger then he had ever been in his entire exsistence. Hope shined before Link's face as he stared at the moon above....
