EDIT: Okay, since this IS a chance to create my own OC, I want to change the name,because I actually don't like the name 'Hyung'...hehe. I just like Lo-wah's interpretation of North Korea. Mmkay?))
Seung Soo was a quiet person, so he didn't say hello to anyone when he entered the room (it was not like they'd care anyway), but he did give a polite nod to anyone who was looking at him when he came through the door.
He laid eyes on his twin brother, Yong Soo, chatting away with Arthur, Elizaveta, and Ivan. How can Yong Soo manage to be so happy all the time? He sighed. It had been a few months since he had seen him last...or even talked to him, for that matter.
Without thinking, he had taken the seat behind him. "Hello," He greeted, smiling at them...and trying not to make eye contact with his brother.

Feliciano finally made it to the classroom, he had taken way to long preparing and eating breakfast. "Hi *pantpant* guys" After he caught his breath, "Sorry I'm late. What are you guys all talking about?"

The brit turned around to see Heracles and Felician late. It's not that surprising to him, those two were always late "We're talking about doing a concert for the Cultural Festival, and we need more people to help." Arthur checked off Heracles and Feliciano as 'late' for the attendence sheet and went back to the conversation. "Okay so we have Yong Soo and R.J for planning out the stage. The whole class will be building the stage together, so Yong Soo and R.J, you guys better plan out an awesome stage!" He wrote more names on the chalk board.

While turning around, he noticed his brother sitting in the desk behind him. "Uwa! Seung! When did you get there?" He asked the other nation.
Yarah then came dashing into the room. "Her, too? Wow. Haha...don't worry, Arthur, we'll create the BEST STAGE EVER! Right, R.J.?" He asked, looking towards the Filipino.

R.J smiled and saluted to Arthur. "Whatever you say boss man!~ Yong Soo, let's work hard together!" He then smiled. Something in the corner of his eye caught his attention. It was Yarah. "Hey Yarah!~ Looking good as ever!" He said playfully as he winked his eyes. He was always the perverted one. He would hit on both girls and boys.

A vein on Yarah's forehead popped when she heard R.J.'s little greeting
"Ugh. What did I tell you about doing that!? Do you WANT my foot in your face again!?"
She knew R.J. was a giant pervert, but she tolerated his antics. SOMETIMES. There were still trace amounts of anger from the little "incident" last year. Push the wrong button, and it'd be a foot in the face.

Latvia sat quietly in his chair through the discussion. A Concert? That made him shrink down into his seat a little. He did have an idea though. Slowly he raised his hand in the air. "Um..W-well since people are going to be there w-we have to have food right?" He gulped a little, he wasn't used to talking over the whole class. "M-maybe we could make food from our own countries before the concert?"

Raivis smiled at Elizaveta. "Y-you really think so?" He was never too sure if the idea in the first place. He played with his tie a little. He was glad someone liked it.
