( I'd think they'd have more weapons then that. For the simple reason that they're in space, and you never know what's going to happen in space. And if the miners rioted for whatever reason, such as protesting working conditions, they'd have the gear to tackle that.)

(But still... its just a mining ship, the only weapons that they would need are the pistols and very few plasma rifles... The people on the ship also know that a mutiny could possible end up with them getting ejected into space due to a ruptured hull from a wayward shot so everyone is kept from rioting... basically its not a prison ship, the miners get paid for doing their jobs)

Vince was getting bored and decided to check in with the miners. " Usg ushimara to mining team." he said and there was an answer. " This is the mining team." said a voice. " How is the transporting going." he said. " So far so good." said the voice. " Ok check in with us every 30 minutes." he said and he turned off the comm.

Dean was monitoring systems when a call came in about a mental patient acting up, "Great... just my luck..." He said getting up and leaving the bridge, heading to the tram system.
