Hathern chuckled. "Flowers and writing? I enjoy both of those as well... Along with painting... and when I get the chance to snag someone who isn't trying to put me in their pants, a dance... not just the pathetic robotic dance that those... guests... to put it nicely.. but real pasionit, chemical, enthrilling type of dance. They don't even break a sweat when they dance... Its like they are pa-" He cought himself down talking the guests and he looked down at the table. "Sorry... I have outspoken in front of so many royals... about the royals... amongst other high guests..." He then shut his mouth as he folded his arms on the table and leaned on them.
Anid grinned. "All I could ever ask for you to get me as a gift is your love... and I do believe you hinted at what I was wanting earlier when you said I could wear my birthday suit for you again." He chuckled as he kept in his hug to the woman, but he watched her pet his hand.

Nar's eyes really lit up when Hathern mentioned dancing. "I used to dance a good bit when I was younger. But most of it I did on the ice. I used to glide around and do all sorts of dances on skates," she grinned. "Wouldn't be too different to dance on solid ground, I would assume." She tilted her head to one side as Hathern grew quiet and spoke about speaking out and royals. "Hey," she smiled to the man as she reached out and patted his arm softly. "What we talk about here stays here, got it? You don't have to apologize for anything nor do you feel you have to suffocate anything because I am a 'royal' or a 'reaper' or whatever else you want to call me. I could care less about titles or races or spirit stuff. In the end we are all about the same anyways. Just souls in a body trying to live a long and happy life, right?"

Hathern got a rather flat face as he thought about what she had said. "Do you want to dance... I mean... really dance..." He asked her quite suddenly.

Nar sat back and blinked. She was not expecting that question at all, but it gave her chills to think about it. "Sure, I would love to," she smiled at last as she stood and waited for the Hellion to stand as well.
"Then this present is just perfect for you," Aravin smiled. As the song ended she rose and a loud double clap to get the attention of the people in the room. "Attention everyone!" she called out with a grin on her face. "Thank you all for coming to this wonderful event. As you all know Lord Anid is turning 18 today. With such an age there should be an equally as important gift given. So without further adeu...." she turned to her love and dropping to one knee she drew out a small box that contained a ring. "Would you, Anid Devolin, take me as your bride? As your wife? As your queen?"
Nickolas frowned from where he was sitting. Figuring it would be best for him to leave before he started anything the male Lee excused himself from the table of ladies before getting up and taking a walk out of the castle. Once he was far enough away he went through a portal back to his household where it would be safe for him to stay.

Hathern had stood up and came over to the lady just as Aravin gathered the rooms attention. Not really realizing it, Hathern held the woman with one of his arms as it gently sat on her hip. His face held a large grin, already knowing the answer.
Not really expecting something like this, Anid grinned and then laughed. Standing, he picked up Aravin in a hug and gave her a kiss. "Of course I will." He said load enough so the guests could hear. But then he whispered to her as he held her. "Though you stole my idea for your 20th birthday, you know that right." He giggled to her as he gave her another kiss, but put her on the ground as he did.

Narssissuss smiled as the proposal was given and shortly after that Nickolas disappeared from the party. And so the fun begins... she thought with a grin as she began to clap for the two royals at the head of the room. Looking to Hathern she smiled and commented, "It must be a very hard thing to do, get up in front of all these people and propose to someone you love. What a splendid birthday present." She felt the man's arm around her waist and giggled a bit to herself as she looked back to Anid and Aravin.
Returning the kisses warmly Aravin laughed and purred, "I know, but why wait that long?" She held onto Anid tightly and nuzzled her face into his hair. Never had she felt so happy and loved in all her lives. For once it looked like the future was turning out to be quite a bright one.

Hathern chuckled and snapped his fingers to get the music back up and playing. A good paced song started to play. "Do you know how to tango?" He asked her as he grinned.
Anid chuckled. "Bah... even the Hellion Lord is allowed to get antsy right? At least I was thinking about it..." He snickered as he tickled her sides lightly.

Grinning back Nar replied with a purr, "of course. It has been awhile since I last had a dance so you will have to excuse the messy footwork at first." In her mind she began to run through the different types of tangos she had experienced before and find one she had done on a non-ice floor.
"Of course, dearest," Aravin smiled. She giggled and squirmed away when Anid started to tickle her. "So are you done partying now?"

Hathern grinned as he lead her out on the dance floor. As he cought up to where the music was, he entered the two into the step needed. "Fear not... I haven't had a good dance partner in a while either..." Hathern gave a light chuckle.
Seeing Hathern step out on the dance floor with a lady, Anid's interest was sparked. "Perhaps after this song.." He held Aravin again, but this time sat down in his throne with her. Purring as he held her, Anid watched Hathern dance.

"Well you are dancing with a bunch of lower-class young hellions, too," she grinned darkly as she caught the beat and started to go through what she had learned about this type of tango. "Dancing is something that is not valued much in today's society. Pity it isn't too....great form of entertainment."
Aravin raised an eyebrow at Anid wanting to stay for a bit longer. Sitting in his lap now the angel traced his line of sight and gave a chuckle. "Are you sure it is a good idea to let them be talking to one another, dear?"

Anid chuckled. "The man amuses me... that and he needs to have something he can learn from... Other then books, Aravin dear." He cooed to her as his attention didn't leave the two.
Hathern smiled at her. "Well then... lets remind them shall we?" His next step was closer to her as he added the chemistry to the dance.

Aravin hummed as she thought for a few moments. "But is Nar the best person for him to learn from? I mean with their past and all...." she let her voice trail off as she watched the two dance. "It just seems a bit risky to me."
Giving a grin Nar, now feeling more comfortable with the dance as the song went on, started to add a few things here and there to spice it up a bit.

Anid nodded. "That is the exact reason why I want him to learn from her... She has connections with Kashmir... Along with her own time travel magic, those two are the only ones that can safely inform him of his past. Not only of when he was the trecherous Zebediah reaper, but from his life before that..." He hugged Aravin as he played with some of her loose hair. "None of the rest of us can, with out loosing out lifes and spirits." Anid's eyes watched as the dancers seemed to add more spirit to their moves. Less robotic... He gave a small grin as he licked part of his upper lip. Why won't he dance with me like that...
Feeling the give back from Narssissuss, Hathern was all into the dance. Those around them had seen them go all out, and started to back away from them and watch forming almsot a circle around the two.

"If you think it is best," Aravin stated as she looked back to Anid. She pressed a few kisses on his cheek before returning her gaze to the dancers. She took note that the rest of the dancing crowds were watching the two dance as well and making room for them.
Nar focused on the enjoyment of the dance moreso than the movements. It was here that she found herself trying different things she had learned on the ice and successfully pulling them off on the dance floor. She was having so much fun that she did not notice the crowd making a ring around them to watch from so they had almost the whole dance floor to themselves.

Perfectly timed with the ending note of the song, Hathern pulled Narssissuss in an intense hold.

Anid rolled his eyes and shifted carefully so he could face Aravin a bit more. "Well that wasn't what I thought it would end to be... I was hoping he would drop her." He chuckled as he poked the woman playfully in different spots.
