"Thanks for the tip. I'll keep that in mind.", she said as she began looking around at the place. She noticed a rather large hole in the floor and peeked in. "I wonder what happened here?", she thought to herself.

To all those looking down the hole, they would see nothing but Trunks standing among a few boxes, and a feather bed ((Hey, I said nearly every room was a bedroom.)) lit by a dull flickering orange glow, like that of a fire. To Trunks, however, the French double doors on the far wall have opened up, revealing a raging inferno. A deep demonic laughter accompanied by a massive black shape with glowing red eyes stands inside, watching him.*

*looks down the hole, then grabs a couple of rubber balls out from his pocket and begins dropping them into the hole*

is that the gateway to hell? or did Goll turn the furnace up again? *walks over to Sprocks' ladder which disintigrates whewn he gets near it* ******** what?

As Trunks tries to find a way out of the basement, to no avail, the demonic laughter gets louder, and the shape starts moving forward out of the flames.
