Sarmad trotted inside to check on Dai. He was gone.

Dai ran through the trees surrounding the foundation. He dropped to his knees and clutched the sides of his head as the piercing screams and voices filled his mind.

Dai flinched and whipped around.
An image of himself appeared behind him that only he could see, "Kill her! She sees! She knows!"
Another appeared on the other side, "No go back and kill yourself! She sees! She knows!"

A low growl formed in Amilia's throat. She sensed something wrong with the kid so she took a step back, her force getting ready to defend her.

Dai grabbed a pen from his back pocket and stabbed it clean through his wrist. The other selves vanished.

Amikla's force pulled the pen out of the rest and pinned him to a tree. She folded ehr arms across her chest as the forced stopped the bleeding. "You suicidal moron."She sighed.
