It's a bat man spin off (tv series). It's kinda like putting X-men into a batman setting. Gotham city, batman's gone, batman's daughter (he got it on with cat woman, rowr!), bat girl paralyzed, metahumans (basically mutants). No joker, though he is mentioned in the series several times, he's the one that caused a lot of s**t to happen (incuding the paralysis of bat girl). Harley Q on the other hand.....she's now the main villain, she isn't dressed up anymore, but I'm pretty sure it's her.
