She liked the idea of using both names. It all sounded rather good together, at least to her. She nodded lightly and watched him as he moved away from her. Thinking over what had has said she figured staying here was a good idea.
Standing as well she moved towards the water, just in time to catch the fish he had scoped from it. “Thank you.” Leaning down she ripped a bit from the silver fish and began her meal, speaking between mouthfuls. “ Mmm, this is good." Taking another bit she enjoyed the meal. "I think staying here might be a good idea. Well be warm for the night. I also don’t really have anywhere in the area to rest.”

He searched the water again for another glimmer. He caught sight of one and swiped at it, causing himself to lose balance, and fall in the water. His entire body was emerged for a brief moment and he swam back to the surface. 'How embarassing,' he thought. 'At least the water isn't freezing.' As his head broke through the surface of the water, he noticed there was something wiggling in his mouth. It was a fish! How he managed to catch a fish, he didn't know but he was glad of it. It meant that entire embarassing moment wasn't for nothing.
He swam to the edge and walked back up onto the rocky bank of the shallow part of the stream. Apparently he had found a deep dropoff when he fell. He drudged back upon the dry land and dropped his fish. All the while, he hadn't been paying attention to Luna. He sat where he stood and put a paw on his fish to keep it from flopping away.

Luna had another bit of fish in her mouth as she heard the splash. Looking up she saw the water wash up of the edge of the pool before pulling back again. Her eyes where wide as she stared forwards, unsure if he had fallen in for dived to catch his fish. She waited a moment for Draco to surface, and about to move closer when she saw the dark shape of the other Tae coming up to the surface. She was glad he was ok, but as she noted that he still wore his cloth she knew that he had fallen. A slight smirk crossed her features as he climbed from the water and she quickly swallowed her food. She watched as she moved from the stream and closer to her, but she wasn’t able to hold back the giggles any longer. “I…” She was having a little trouble getting her words out now, and had to take a moment. “I’m sorry, it’s just… are you ok?”

He had already guessed she would laugh at him, because even he found it funny that he had fallen in. "Yes, I'm okay." He gave her a reassuring smile, so she wouldn't feel bad for laughing.
He shook himself to rid some of the water, but his clothes clung to his body. He decided it would be best to take them off to dry. He picked up the fish in his mouth and walked further away from the stream. It had stopped flopping, having suffocated on the dry land. He put it back on the floor and began to remove his clothes. He didn't feel embarassed about it, because most Taes didn't wear clothing anyway. He just liked the look of them and the extra bit of warmth in the cold. He used his teeth to hold his sleeve in place while he pulled his arms through, and then his arms to hold the sleeves while he wiggled out of the shirt. He laid down on the ground to grab the bottoms of his pants while he pulled his legs out and then all the way off. He carefully laid each article on a rock near some of the glowing crystals so they could dry. He then went back to his fish, and began to eat.
As he took his first bite, he looked over to Luna. "I should have been more careful." he said, with a small chuckle. "At least it's warm in here." He went back to his fish.
"Is it safe to return?" Norbert asked him with a giggle, peeking around a rock he had been snoozing behind. He saw that Draco was out of his clothes and gave a very curious look. His eyes scanned the area and saw them on the rock, drying. He figured that Draco had either fell in, or went for a swim. "Why are you wet?" he asked.
Draco looked up from his fish again, with a mouthful. "I wash frishing," he said to the pandryl, "rand I frell in." Norbert noticed the fish on the ground and somehow understood his unintelligible answer. "I see." he thought to him.
"Fish does look quite tasty," he thought. Norbert took flight and circled over the stream, looking down to spot a fish of his own. He saw a glimmer under the water, like Draco had, and he dove, pulling up right above the surface, his claws going under and grabbing a small fish. He flew back up and over to Draco, landing in front of him, still holding the fish. He held it in one claw and took a bite. It was delicious. He hadn't eaten any in a while. Berries were nice, but meat was better.
Draco watched as his friends ate, and he finished up his own. He cleaned the bones, and when done, took them over to the water and dropped them in, watching as they floated away.
He turned back to Luna and Norbert. "That was very good."

Luna nodded after she finally stopped giggling. “I’m glad you’re ok.” She had felt a bad for laughing until Draco had joined her. Looking up at him she noted the amused sparkle in his eye. She liked that he could laugh at himself like this, and liked that he wasn’t upset that she was laughing at him as well. Well laughing with him.
When she finally stopped giggling she returned to her food taking yet another bit. She looked up and smiled at Norbert as he returned. Watching him she was impressed as the small pandryl caught his own meal. She had always loved to watch large birds diving the waters for fish. She always found it very impressive and this was a treat to watch. She’d never seen this so close before she was happy too. Finishing her own fish she did as Draco had with the bones before returning to her seat. “You quite the fisherman Norbert.” She smiled at him again before looking to Draco. “He’s better at it then you.” She grinned and hoped that Draco would take her words for the joke it was and not be offended.

Draco went over to sit beside Luna, and wrapped his tail around himself. He noticed that their fur was almost the same color, even their hair. He smiled to himself and yawned. The fish had filled him up and he was starting to get sleepy. "Yes, he's a better fisher, but don't give him a big head. He'll go on and on about it. " he teased.
Norbert ate until he was full, not quite finishing his fish. He picked it up and flew over and dropped it in the water as well. He flew back to where the Tae's sat and landed in front of Luna. He looked up at her, smiling, and gave a chirp. "Tell her I said thank you." Norbert thought to Draco.
Draco chuckled and relayed his message, while stifling another yawn.

Hearing Draco yawned she looked at him, thinking of how cute he looked when he was tired and yawning. However hearing the yawn made her want to do the same and she had to fight that feeling back. Looking to Norbert she nodded to what Draco had relayed to her for the dragon. “You’re welcome.” A idea came to her and she grinned a slight grin before leaning forwards and licking Norbert’s nose.
Sitting straight again she acted as if she’d done nothing, and gave a yawn of her own before leaning to her side and resting on Draco. She hadn’t realized how tired she was from the activities of the day.

Norbert was startled at the lick from the female. He had never been licked by a Tae before. His eyes were wide with shock but he shook his head side to side and smiled up at her, clicking his beak.
Draco burst into laughter at the pandryl. He was about to mirror Luna's action to see Norbert's reaction to that, when Luna leaned against him. A warm, fluttery, tingly feeling came over him at her touch. His stomach turned a somersault and his mouth went dry. He wasn't sure what to do now. He sat still but inched his tail closer to hers. He waited to see what she would do.

She had hoped that her actions wouldn’t cause him to pull away, she didn’t want to startle him away. She was glad when she leaned against him and he remained there. As he moved his tail near to herself she felt the fluffly end brush against her own fur. A small smile spread over her face and she move over her tail to touch his . “Draco… I had a really good day.” Her pale blue grey eyes closed as she leaned against him. She knew she should probably go to sleep, but she also didn’t want the day to end either. “If I go to sleep, will you two be here when I wake up?” Her voice was getting softer, and she was starting to lean harder against him as she fell asleep.

At the touch of her tail to his, his heart jumped. Before Draco could answer her, she was already asleep against his shoulder. He scooted away from her slowly, so that she slowly slid down his side and softly to the ground. He tried not to wake her as he did so. He smiled at her and laid down beside her. "I don't think I could leave if I wanted to," he whispered to her, "This was a great day. The greatest part was meeting you."
Draco moved his tail to softly lay over hers and laid his head on his paws. "Goodnight Norbert." he whispered to his friend. "Thank you again for showing us this place. It truly is wondrous." He closed his eyes and was soon asleep as well.
Norbert was happy that his friend had found another Tae to befriend. He smiled at the two sleeping on the floor and decided he was ready to sleep as well. He looked around for a comfortable spot, and decided he would go snuggle against the Taes. He started to lay against Draco, but felt that he was still a bit damp, and so, he stepped lightly between them and laid against Luna, his head on her front leg.
The gentle sounds of the waterfall and the soft breathing of the creatures asleep in the cave were the only sounds to be heard. Outside, there was a winter storm brewing, with fierce winds and lots of snow. The sounds of the wind didn't reach their ears, and they slept peacefully through the night.

It wasn’t until the mornings light reached the caves mouth that Luna stirred to wakefulness once more. She shifted a little and stretched slightly before falling still once more. Slowly her blue grey eyes fluttered open , the blue light of the cave flooding in. She gave a soft smile as she felt Norbert’s warmth against her side as her new little friend slept there. Looking from him to Draco her smile widened, happy to see that he was still there. “Well good morning you two.” Her voice was but a whisper as she didn’t want to wake them yet, they needed there sleep.
Carefully she inched away from Norbert, trying not to wake him, before she stood and stretched again. Walking to the pool she knelt to take a drink from the water. It wasn’t the best flavor or temperature for drinking but it was way better then going out to the cold to find some other source of water. Once she had her fill she looked back at the boys, seeing them still asleep she quietly venturing back out to the mouth of the cave.
She was a little surprised to see how much more snow there was this morning and it was still coming down, though much lighter not that the storm was over. She knew she was going to get cold but she had a plan, and bounded out of the cave and back down the path that had brought them here. It wasn’t long in these deep snow piles before her toes had iced up and become numb but she kept going glad she wore the sweater she did. It also wasn’t to long before she reached the berry patch that Draco and her had eaten at the day before.
With a smile she pulled the tie she worn around her neck off and carefully piled berries top of it. Once she had enough she bundled it once and held the ends of the bundle tightly in her teeth before bounding back towards the cave. Reaching the entrance and making her way through the dark tunnel she hoped she had returned before Draco and Norbert woke and found her missing.

Norbert felt Luna move away from him, and he opened one eye slightly. He didn't move, or make any noise, but watched her move around the cave. He was still sleepy and so fell back to sleep. The last sight he saw was Luna walking towards the entrance of the cave.
The sun's rays reached far into the cave in the early hours of the morning, warming it even more than the crystals did. It wasn't long after Luna had left that Draco stirred. His mind slowly brought him back to the present from his dreams. He almost instantly forgot what his dreams were, but he hoped they had involved the day before. Recalling the previous days' events, his eyes fluttered, slowly opening to the bluish glow in the deep part of the cave. He groggily looked around, noticing that Luna wasn't beside him. He slowly got to his feet and stretched his body and legs. He wasn't used to sleeping on stone, but the warmth felt good to him, opposed to the harsh cold outside. He looked around, hoping that maybe Luna was exploring again. Not finding her, he decided he'd put his clothes back on. They had dried completely from the night before, and he pulled them on, with a little difficulty. Once he was done, he went over to the stream to take a drink of the water. He definitely wasn't going fishing again anytime soon.
After he had his fill of water, he turned to go find Luna, but instead saw that she was just returning from outside, with a bundle in her mouth.

Stepping into the ‘main room’ Luna noted right away that Draco was up and so she walked to him. Standing in front of him she smiled bundle still in her mouth. “Gho mornhin” Setting down her tie she giggled a little. “Oops, silly me. Good morning. I brought you something.” Pawing ad the bundle she pulled the fabric back to reveal the berries to Draco. “I figured you got dinner I’d handle breakfast.” She looked a little proud of herself at the moment ans she pushed the berries closer to him. “It’s bitterly cold out there today. It’s good we stayed here too. There must have been a storm, snows real deep now. Not a lot of other shelters would have kept us warm all night.”

Draco looked at the berries and then back to Luna. "Thank you very much. That was very sweet. You must be very cold to have gone such a long way in the deep snow." He didn't want to be rude, so he bent down to take a berry in his mouth. It was frozen, and as the ice melted around it, juice filled his mouth and covered his tongue. The sweetness from the berry was refreshing as he remembered the day before when they had eaten at the berry patch. He finished the berry and swallowed. "They're frozen." he chuckled. "It gives them a refreshing taste though. Please, don't hesitate to eat some yourself." He smiled as he bent to take another. He didn't want to eat them all before she ate some herself.
Norbert was still curled up on the stone floor in the same spot the Taes had left him. Draco looked over at him. "Do you think we should wake him?" he asked, giving a sly smile.

Reaching up with a paw she rested her icy cold toes against his nose for a moment before pulling her paw back down once more. “I’ll warm up though.” Leaning down she took a berry herself and allowed it to melt in her mouth. He was right, they where even more frozen then they had been the day before, and oh so good. “There so cold though.” She laughed a little before turning and looking over to Norbert as well, giving a soft nod. “I think we should. After all I brought enough for the three of us and he should eat as well.” She noted Draco’s sly grin as he had spoken but wasn’t really sure what the other Tae had in mind. Leaning down she took a few berries and walked to Norbert’s sit, taking a seat and setting the food down for him. “Norbert…” Her voice was soft, she didn’t want to startle him awake. “Norbert wake up.”
