I looked up at the human and then at the sky.
"It's magic. Every vampire that can holds it up so the sun doesn't touch us. We won't die with stakes, or holy water, but fire we can't live through." I said simply before standing and taking off my coat.
"Even my energy goes up to it." I stated. I looked around the city carefully.
"No one seems to be watching you at the moment. But no one seems to like you being protected either." I didn't add the fact that one of them happened to be the vampire that I lived with, or that there was one I didn't know about that was at my level.
I sighed and walked off of the library steps. "So, it's your choice. You can help us, or I will stop guarding you and you can try to kill that vampire you were sent to kill with every vampire in this city after you." I said without looking at the human.

"wow..how long have tou vampires been holding that spell?..
i'll stay and help..but if anyone you try to do something to kill me..i'm leaving..and i'll kill anyone that gets in my way..right now i'm not in the mood to fight/kill anyone..as you can see..I'm still hurt..but will heal soon..
is there a safe spot for me to go?"

"For over a hundred years that spell has been up. And the library is safe enough. Only humans and one other person can go inside. If you don't trust that vampire, I could take you back home." I said in a thoughtful gaze.
I suddenly remebered Mitchell back at home, and how he would not want the human there, and sighed. "Mitch won't be happy" I mumbled to myself.

I was a about 20 building down from the library. The vampire and certainly not the human would be able to sense me, hopefully, but with the distance i could barely see or hear them.
Damn, she's still there! I should wait till the human is alone to kill it, i dont want to fight with a vampire, that will be real work. Im going to need a diffrent plan.

I sighed to myself and looked around.
"It would be safer for you at the mansion. I've heard of a spell that breaks the barrier between vampire and owndership laws." I said as I looked back at the human.

ok..and how far is this Mansion?..
I'll stay there..but as you can see I'm still hurt and don't think I'll be able to get too far..

"Follow me." I said simply as I began a slow walk through the streets.

I took one smell of the air around me and turned abruptly, staring directly into darkness. I stopped walking for a moment and stared for a moment before smirking and continuing.
'You can't enter a home that is not yours.' I told myself as I looked up to the hill my home was mounted on.

s**t, they're moving
I fallowed the human and the vampire called Raine. They led me up to a mansion ontop of a hill. I didnt dare try to enter the mansion, even if i tried i wouldn't even be able to enter with out an invitaion.
Then a wicked smile apeared apon my face.
I have a new plan....
